we had a nice visit in gaylord with some family and stayed at the best western. shopped around when we arrived in town and the other properties were rude and unhelpful. the staff in both the resturant and hotel were friendly and eager to help. dinner was delicious and at a discount for hotel guests. the pool was very nice... more

Old and musty. Went for a wedding. Numerous families stayed there and everyone was so sorry they did. Television didn't work. Alarm clock kept going off at various times during the night. The room was very nice, the staff friendly, the WiFi was good. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and whirlpool. A weeknight, so had them all to ourselves. Nice that the room opened directly into the pool area (which closes at night, so not noisy in room). The restaurant was not worth it, though. more
