Place is dirty and smelly. Rooms and hallways unclean. Pillows not much better than a pillow case with hand towels in there. Pool/hot tub was cold. Internet didn't work in the room, was told by the desk clerk, "I guess you'll have to use it down here then." Trouble is, it didn't work there either. Was told they were fixing... more

Upon arrival, we noticed a bad smell in the lobby and hallways. As we entered the room we were greeted by a eye burning smell of mothballs. I hunted around and found 10 mothballs behind a dresser, along with assorted pizza topping from some previous guest. Shawn and Sandra where very accomodating with our group. The hotel was clean, the pool was perfect and so was the hot tub. All of our friends had a great time. Loved where it is on the trail, Staff was very nice let us check in early. But the pool was horrible and with my daughter the pool is a must it was soooooo cold that we could not swim in it at all. will not stay there again for that reason alone. more
