Shawn and Sandra where very accomodating with our group. The hotel was clean, the pool was perfect and so was the hot tub. All of our friends had a great time. Loved where it is on the trail, Staff was very nice let us check in early. But the pool was horrible and with my daughter the pool is a must it was soooooo cold that we could not swim in it at all. will not stay there again for that reason alone. more
