First off - this is Frankenmuth, tourist trap extraordinaire. So $116 for a Saturday night at a no-frills motel is still cheaper than anything you'll find in that area. It is an older but well-kept facility; very comfy beds, super clean, wall-mounted TV, effective air conditioning and a decent-sized fridge in our room. The whole place has a community-camp feeling,... More

Heading to northern Michigan we were looking to spend one night in Frankenmuth and wanted something that was reasonably priced and close to downtown. This place was perfect. The hotel is an older style motor inn, but very clean and well maintained. Rooms were basic, with few frills (had a hair dryer, but no iron or coffee maker), but the... More

This motel is delightful! Reserved 10 rooms for a family reunion and they even welcomed the whole family on their "billboard"! Staff was welcoming, rooms and linens clean, the price was right and the landscaping screamed summer in color! Would definitely recommend this friendly facility!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Frankenmuth Motel. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Well kept grounds and helpful staff. The sign outside the motel welcomed our family for our reunion, which was pretty neat! This is a dog friendly place, which is nice know.

This little place is great! It served up fond memories of yesteryear when you pulled your car right up to your door and stayed in a motor lodge (motel) as opposed to todays high rise (and often times high priced) hotels. This place is very well kept, the beds were actually comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff and... More

We just spent Memorial Weekend at the frankenmuth Motel. Love that they are dog friendly and that there is plenty of grass in safe areas far from the street to walk the dog. They even supply poo bags just in case you left the room without one. They have upgraded the beds over the last few years and they are... More

My mom and I have stayed here several times. We love the quiet location. The grounds are very attractive, as is the motel's appearance. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love the fact that we're only a couple of minutes by car to Bronner's. Our rooms have always been in good condition. I wouldn't want to stay anyplace else.

This price is great, the service is great, the place is clean... A very nice place to stay, just off of the main strip but still very close to everything. We have been coming back for the last 3 years for a festival in town and will continue to do so.

Tell the truth I was just looking for something to do in Michigan after a business deal went south and my plane didn't take off for a few days. I found this motel on line and choose it as the least expensive place in town. I showed up with zero expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The place is nice, clean,... More
