I always stay here when going to Frankenmuth. The hotel is convenient to everything and is always clean. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is also good. There is plenty of parking onsite so you never have to look for a spot.

We just spent three nights here for Snowfest and you really can't beat the location. In spite of the crowds, they also guaranteed enough parking for hotel guests. Service was very good. Basic internet is included in the room rate, but you have to pay about $5 more per day if you want "enhanced" internet that will let you stream... More

I was actually super bummed out initially because the hotel I wanted was booked but Springhill was great and I would definitely stay again. The location is amazing. It's set up between the town shops and brewery so neither is too far away and on site parking is super useful during festivals, which are like every other weekend. I was... More

We love it here we stay at this hotel about eight times a year. We have stayed at the Bavarian inn lodge and Fairfield before which are both nice too. The Springhill however has a great price, great location-you can walk anywhere from this hotel and complementary breakfast. Plus each room is a suite so there's a separate area for a... More

This is a good location within walking distance to shops. You need to drive to Bronners, however. Seems recently remodeled and is worth the price overall. A nice breakfast selection but the scrambled eggs lack any taste at all. The pool is small. Very clean overall. The man at the front desk on days needs a new suit coat as... More

With two adults and one eleven year old, we found the double-queen room at Springhill Suites in Frankenmuth perfect. The room was clean and spacious, with a half wall in between the bedroom area and the living room, which was convenient. There was a large sofa, tv table at eating height, and a full desk as well as large tv... More

Biggest plus on this hotel is you are right in the middle of the action in Frankenmuth. Went between Christmas and New Years and decorations in town were excellent! Love the fake balconies and unique features built into the hotel that make it look like the rest of the German themed decor in town. Breakfast was normal fare. Layout was... More

We stayed here during a weekend stay in Frankenmuth, MI. There are a few other hotels in Frankenmuth but we chose this one because we thought we were bringing a few others with us and would need a room with a pull-out sofa. The "suites" were about the same size as a regular hotel room. Once you opened up the... More

Alright so let's start off on a high note, the hotel is a really cool place to be. You are close to everything like the Zhenders restaurant, a brewery and just cool little places like that. The rooms a enormous and they have fairly new televisions but everything is kept clean. Now the staff. We stayed over new year's eve... More

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the soft beds or the sink not being in the actual bathroom, but would recommend this hotel. We will certainly stay here again in the future!
