I got this place for $60 off Priceline. I'm reasonably wary of Holiday Inns because there seems to be high variance in quality among the chain. This is certainly close to the top. I stayed in a king, non-smoking room. The staff was friendly and let me check in an hour early so I could change for a wedding. The... more

I recently arrived back home to Flint, MI from Afghanistan, myself and my wife and our two newborn daughters stayed at this Holiday Inn, it was a pretty nice room too, I had the King size with Jacuzzi, all of their amenities are great it just that they are too expensive, for what I paid for one night at the... more

I don't know what is wrong with people who have complained about this property. I arrived from Detroit on a Saturday for a wedding I was attending that afternoon. ALthough we arrived 3 hours before actual check-in, they we very cooperative and let us check in early so we could make it to the wedding on time. Our room was... more

I was going to do some shopping in Birch Run, MI. I went on priceline.com. The only hotels they had were 1 or 2 star (which I have found in the past .... priceline's 2 star hotels are disgusting)...so I decided to look in the Flint, MI area (only 20 minutes south). I bid $45 on a 3 star hotel... more

We booked a Jacuzzi King room in hopes of relaxing after a long drive. The hotel was instantly recognizable by the horrible stench reminiscent of wet carpet and mild cigarette smoke. The elevator that took us up to the 4th floor was easily the oldest elevator I've ever had the opportunity to step into. The room was very small- even... more

Was here for a wedding. Hotel is still finishing some renovations, but rooms are in very good shape. Restaurant offers good prices for breakfast and the service was some of the best I've actually had at a hotel. This was the pleasant surprise of the trip. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area. Convenient to all three Interstates... more

I admit to being a bit of a hotel chain snob. I usually stay at Hilton, Marriott, Westin or Hyatt when traveling for business. I was worried when I found out I would be attending a meeting at the Holiday Inn in Flint, MI. My concerns turned out to be unnecessary. My sleeping room at this property was far nicer... more

My friend had his wedding reception at this hotel, and the banquet facilities were definitely up to par. We had a jacuzzi room, which was clean and nice, although slightly small. We had buffet breakfast around 11 AM (near closing time), and I'm sorry to say that the food was rather stale by then. Eat somewhere else if you can.... more

Looking for a spot near Grand Blanc to stay, we popped in to check the rates at this Holiday Inn. After getting a quote I felt was too high, I was suddenly given a "manager's special" and had a 30% + discount given to me on a business class room. We were extremely pleased with the room in this newer... more
