We recently spent two nights at Kingsley House Bed and Breakfast and could not have enjoyed it more. Brenda and Chris (the innkeepers) were very friendly and informative. The breakfast each morning was delicious and healthy. The welcoming dog was a delight, and loved people. The house is not only historic, but in great condition with so much to look... More

It was mine and my gf's first bnb experience and it will for sure not be the last thanks to Chris and brenda. The food was amazing and they always told you the time for the summer set which was nice, plus anytime you needed a suggestion for what to do they would help you out.

Very romantic get-away place, close to Lake Michigan. Chris and Brenda are very personable, down-to-earth folks who really enjoy sharing their lovely place with others. The sunset at Pier Cove on Lake Michigan was an added bonus.

My wife and I had a narrow window of time for a getaway, and our stay at the Kingsley House was perfect. Chris and Brenda were marvelous hosts, and our accommodations were more than comfortable as well as immaculate. It was off-season in Saugatuck, but we still found plenty to do and see. We will definitely make a return visit... More

We have stayed at a variety of bed and breakfasts in the US and Europe and Kingsley House is by far one of the best. The house is an historic tour in itself. The bed is so soft. The food is gourmet. There are alternative beverages and snacks always available and a darling puppy to great guests!

Tasty treats, delicious breakfast, excellent wi-fi connections, and a good night's sleep all make for a productive business gathering. New innkeepers, Chris and Brenda, have got all the "right stuff" Hope to return to Kingsley House with my husband for a relaxing getaway and play tourist!

We stayed here two nights and were very impressed with the house and our hosts. It is a lovely old victorian with lots of personality. Each room has its own charm, but the Northern Spy is the most interesting. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, even made us wonderful gluten free breakfasts!

Reasons to go to Fennville and stay at the Kingsley House: 1) You want to be close to South Haven and Saugatuck/ Douglas but wish to avoid the tourist frenzy in season. 2) You want to dine at the outstanding Salt of the Earth restaurant down the street -- seriously, you do. 3) You're attending services at the funeral home... We had a nice time at the Kingsley House. It has reopened with new owners. Big room. Nice hosts. Tasty breakfast. Good conversation with Chris & Brenda. Off street parking was appreciated. Free WiFi. Hot water with good pressure. Plenty of outlets for our electronic gear. Nice location in town. Did not notice any street noise.

My wife and I finally got some time away from the busyness of children and work and found this neat Bed and Breakfast! We booked the Northern Spy Suite and it was very romantic. A jacuzzi tub for 2, an amazing spire that had a great view and climbing the stairs made it feel like a retreat! We got to... More
