We stayed one night and found our room very clean and comfortable, they turned the a/c on ahead of time so the room was nice and cool prior to our arrival which was great since it was 90 degrees out. They had a nice continental breakfast area with bagels, donuts and a waffle maker, juices and coffee (all the time).... more

My son and I were returning home from Michigan via the U.P. and stopped in Escanaba for the night. The Econo Lodge was on Hwy 2/M35, just north of where Hwy 2 turns west and M35 continues south. With no reservations we were able to get a room on the first fl, near a fire exit on the fist fl.... more
