You choose this hotel for the price. It is cheap. The reception is great - always friendly and responsive. The rooms need to be redone, particularly the bathrooms. The bed is big and comfortable. Stayed at this hotel when attending a conference at MSU. The hotel was very out of date and service wasn't great. The worst part is when I woke up with several bug bites on my arms and face. My colleges and I were attending a conference at MSU and rooms were set up for us at this hotel. After getting the info I looked up the facility and it seemed nice. This hotel is conveniently located near the Michigan State University Campus, and right off of I-496. It is a bit old and outdated, could use a few updates. Upon check-in, I found out that I had received the handicap accessible King suite - very nice! It was great to have that much space and amenities.
