I stay here 2-4 weeks every month and love it. I've stayed at several but once I tried this one I never tried another. The service is excellent and the rooms are quiet. I can't hear anyone next door or their TVs. The bedding is to die for (makes it a little hard to sleep in my own bed on... More

The staff were very friendly, the lobby is beautiful (redesigned relatively recently), the rooms were clean, and everything was very modern. The beds were comfortable. Parking is an extra $11 but you basically have unlimited in and out tickets. It's so close to MSU's campus!!!

I attended a conference at MSU on Friday and Saturday, and I stayed here on Friday night. The hotel is very big but not too big. It is very conveniently located to the university, and there are many restaurants as well as a convenient store and drugstore very nearby. The front desk looks very modern and trendy, and to tell... My husband and I came here for our wedding night. The staff was so wonderful and congratulations came from everyone we saw. They even upgraded our room to a corner suite, bigger space and had a balcony. We even were surprised with a tray of chocolate strawberries, whip cream, and a big bottle of champagne! Diane Armor was the one... More

I stayed here for most of February and enjoyed each day I spent here. The lobby bar is very nice and there are lots of places around to either eat, or grab any necessities. 1 block from MSU's campus. Parking is a little odd, especially if you park your car before checking in. You'll need to hang a tag on... More

During our 2 day stay, on more than one occasion a staff member offered to provide assistance. Once was when I was using gym, noticed the water dispenser was empty, and notified hotel employee. Not only did she apologize and arrange for situation to be addressed, but she also brought me a bottle of water in the interim. The workout... More

Would like to thank the staff at the Marriot that went out of there way to make our stay a great one. Friday night was a little ruff in our hall, but the staff took care of a situation very professionally. Rooms are small we had a view of the parking ramps. When you are looking for a heated pool... The lobby is quite nice. Renovated. But the business center is pay for internet -- pretty bush. The rooms are ok but tired. Dents and dings in furnishings. Beds comfortable. Clean. Parking extra $11/d. Location central near university. Pool is nice but small. It's fine but not amazing. Would stay again but largely because of lack of alternative.

I was here for a wedding May 2014. The hotel was under renovation at the time and the staff went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. The staff was super friendly. Rooms were nice & beds & pillows comfortable. The location is great & super handy for food & shopping. You can walk anywhere from... More

Perfect for visiting MSU - quick walk to the school, hotel is well kept, excellent concierge lounge, small but adequate gym. My only complaint is that all the restaurants that are walkable there are really lousy college type places, apparently you have to get in the car to get a decent meal. Note there is a charge for parking.
