4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This is a really nice hotel that is centrally located to food, entertainment and casinos. The hotel is very quiet and beautiful. The lobby is exceptionally nice. The only downfall was the air conditioning. Make sure the air conditioning is in working order. However, once I called the front desk with the complaint, before I could hang up the phone, the... More

From the outside, the hotel doesn't look all that inviting, but once inside all that changes! The room was very spacious and cozy. The location is amazing with greektown only a few feet away. The hotel is also connected to fishbones which was a plus as well! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the Detroit area!

I love this hotel. It is very quiet. I had a room that was sort of bi-leveled. I could see the Greektown Casino from my room. I had a speaking engagement at Ford Field and everything was really close. I received SPECTACULAR service from Floyd and Darnell. I have been carrying around a piece of paper with their names on... Lobby had an upscale dark look. Beautiful clean room. Love the giant tub. Beautiful view of the city. Didn't interact much with staff. Close to many major activities. Definitely would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This used to be my absolute favorite hotel in Detroit (which I visit overnight around six times per year). Unfortunately with this visit, I felt the hotel appeared "tired" and in need of a major renovation. Our room (premium King suite), showed dirty, damaged carpet, paint peeling, yucky grout in the shower, a broken soap tray in the shower which... More

Stayed Saturday in room 303 for the Kenny Chesney concert. Check in was smooth and easy. Our room wasn't ready but they called when it was and we got right in. The elevators where very fast and smooth, the bellhops and valets were on top of their game and there was a great energy about the property. The room itself... More

Stayed in July for two nights. 9th floor room, mini suite. The hotel is nice, but it's showing it's age at this point. I'll get the negative out of the way now: the AC doesn't work well, and the room was really warm, which I did not like at all. Location is amazing. Right in the Greektown area. Staff are... More

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel over a very crowded weekend in Detroit. The hotel staff at the front desk was very helpful, welcoming, and polite. We were so impressed by the huge size of the rooms. We liked the fact that the sleeping area was through the sitting room and down a few steps, with a door... More

Walking into this hotel is BEAUTIFUL! looks like a 4 star hotel! You can park in the ramp across the street or valet for $25. The room was awesome! so big and a great layout! So impressed with the room. A few down points..... the sink spit out the nastiest brown water you can imagine! I don't know if the... More

Came to Detroit just to go to the ballgame and it was a great choice of hotels. We were able to walk to the game and the staff at the hotel were outstanding. We were on the 9th floor and could see the sun come up over Canada. When in Detroit we'll be staying here again.
