I have stayed at the Hotel St Regis 5-6 times since February 2015 for business at Wayne State University. The hotel's public rooms are beautifully decorated, somewhat art deco, although the hotel was built in the 1960s. The restaurant has great breakfasts. Valet parking is a nice touch. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Front desk staff are accommodating and... More

I spent four days at the St. Regis while attending the opening events of a new exhibition at the Detroit Institute of Art. The hotel is about one mile from the museum on Woodward Avenue. The hotel's public rooms are beautifully decorated, somewhat vintage, although the hotel was built in the 1960s. My room was very spacious. There was a... More

This hotel is located downtown easy access to expressway and friendly stuff. The maid just "clean" i would say in less than one minute. Because toilet was mot even flushed. Restaurant closed early before 7pm but front desk had flyers from a bunch of restaurants. I would not stay here again
