I stayed at the St. Regis on the weekend of the Superbowl. I was disappointed that there was no self-parking available. Check-in was easy, and the staff were really great. My room was on the fifth floor, 3 or 4 rooms down from the elevator. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that... More

Thank you for you positive remarks about the Hotel St. Regis in Detroit. I am glad your bed was comfortable. We often receive complimentary comments about the quality of our beds. I had the chance to stay at the St. Regis in Detroit this weekend. It was a great experience. The hotel exudes old time style and charm. It is a beautiful old building with great architecture. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was conveniently located for me. I will use this... More

Stayed two nights at Hotel St.Regis in Detroit. Beds very comfortable. Room clean and comfortable. Great older hotel and a true bargain for the price. Parking not excessive at $20.00 per night compared to the $30.00 I spent for parking at the Opera house for a ninety minute concert. Good food in the restaurant but server not contentious. Check in... More

Hospitable and a great location but wasn't prepared to be a midnight appetizer for bed bugs. First time in my life to experience those creatures and it had to be in a boutique hotel in Detroit. Once upon a fine chomping... still itching and ruined my tan!

I stayed at the hotel St. Regis in Detroit, Michigan from Jan 15 - 17, 2016. This was my first time in Detroit and a friend who was getting married selected this hotel as her host hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm and the valet staff and front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. My initial impression... More

My boyfriend and I went to Detroit to go to the G- Eazy concert at the Masonic Temple this past Sunday. We did our research on hotels and decided to book the St Regis based upon pictures and reviews. Thank you so much for choosing the Hotel St. Regis. I am glad you had a great experience not only in our hotel but also at the Masonic Temple. In response to your comment about parking, it is not uncommon to charge overnight guest for parking. Understanding that parking is at a premium in most downtowns. Please don't hesitate to... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night on a quick trip to Detroit from Baltimore. We were very happy with the room and the size of the bed. For the price we were actually pleasantly surprised as I was expecting it to be more run down. Very clean and front desk staff were super helpful. Would stay again!

Love the history of the hotel. The price was good and the room was very comfortable and quiet. WiFi dropped out twice during a one night stay, there is trash outside the front of the hotel (a broken chair?), burger had been frozen and had no flavour. Service at Reception, in the restaurant and with Valet was very disappointing.

I recently stayed at Hotel St. Regis for 2 nights on a business trip. They charged my credit card a $200.00 fee for a room that was already paid for by my company. I had to jump hoops to get them to reissue it back to my own personal card that they said would only be on file for incidentals.... More
