This hotel is perfectly located for those going to a Lions football game or Tigers baseball game as it is a very short walk to both the football and baseball stadiums. Trusting the Hilton brand I tried this Hilton Garden Inn, but was a bit disappointed with the rather bland 'youth hostel' feel the place radiates. Perfect place to stay for either Detroit Tigers or Lions games. 2.5 blocks straight dowm Brush St. AMAZING LOCATION AND friendly STAFF! Check-inn was QUICK, even though our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until after 1 am! $45 cab ride from Detroit Metro airport to hotel! :-( more

Stayed at Hilton weekend of August 7-9th. Great location in proximity to Comerica Field, Ford Field and Greektown. Front desk staff very polite and helpful and decent buffet breakfast for $11.99. Would definately recommend this location. more

The Hilton Garden is nice and seems new. But there is a $20 fee for parking that isn't clear on their website. You pay for the parking - the valet is free. The parking lot is closer than in many city hotels. Who cares about valet when you're 20 steps from the hotel? more
