This Ritz was just what we expected. Great service, extremely helpful staff. Nice room. Wonderful brunch. Couldn't have asked for more. more

I recently traveled to Dearborn with my wife and 2 small children (age 1 and 4) for a family wedding. Most of our relatives stayed at the Dearborn Inn (Marriott) which was ranked higher on Trip Advisor. After visiting my mother-in-laws' room, I couldn't understand why. There is absolutely no comparison -- the Ritz's rooms were far better and the... more

We stayed at this Ritz for three nights to visit the Henry Ford Estate, Henry Ford Museum and the Rouge Factory Tour. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff works hard to please without being overbearing. The food was just extraordinary in the dining room and at a buffet that was served in one of the ballrooms. Very convenient location close to... more

My family and I stayed here during a weekend in Mid-November and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The staff was excellent. From pulling into the valet to our room was less than 10 minutes, including time for the desk staff to provide an upgraded room (at my request and for a fair charge for the improved room). A... more

This is not even a four star. The whole ambience feels oldish. Small overstuffed lobby. Rooms average for this class. Then: total power outage for three hours. I mean: dark as a cows ... . Not much "light" from the staff either. No elevators - "go outside and find teh stairway yourself" -only: it was locked... Stay somewhere else. more

Reservations: Were on record for the wrong room type and the wrong amount of nights. Resolved after about an hour at check-in. Common areas: Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful Antiques everywhere. Pool and workout facilities: Above average! Housekeeping: Absolutely horrendous! Its a carpshoot if you will get service any given day. Turn down service was only offered once in 7 days. They... more

This hotel is not a fancy uber sophisticated Ritz. It is just OK. But it is the service that made the trip great. Check in was easy, people were nice, doorman fantastic. No wait for elevators--ever. Kind of a PIA to put your room key in to get to your floor, but I suppose it is more secure. Rooms are... more

We stayed one night with our 2 young children at the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us as we entered or left. The room was beautiful and quiet. We loved the pool as well-there was only one other family in it at the time. more

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Ritz-Carton for our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, with original paintings by Picasso and other famous artists throughout. The room was very nice with amenities you'd expect at a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was all marble with Bulgari toiletries (which my wife really liked). The bed was so comfortable my wife... more
