After a long day and a really, REALLY fun night my bride and I stayed at the Henry. The room was gorgeous with rose petals, champaign, and chocolate covered strawberries. The staff was so helpful and professional. For any newlyweds, the romance package is so worth it. Breakfast in bed and a late checkout (noon) was a much needed little... More

We stayed 1 night while in town to see our Rangers take on the Tigers. There were a few other major events happening in Detroit so we stayed out here. It's about 15 minutes to Comerica park. We didn't spend much time in the room or lobby. The bed was a scale topper at 10 for comfort. Quiet comfortable room.... More

The hotel was very nice; art from Park West Gallery lined the halls, it was very clean, very nice. The pool was not in working order when we went in August (silly time to renovate!!); personally I think there should be discounted rates for that. Our room was nice, nothing spectacular--expect the bed, which was heavenly. We were on the... More

This is the former Ritz Carlton hotel and so I expected everything to be in working order. excellent service and knowledgeable staff. We arrived on a hot Saturday afternoon after a long journey and were looking forward to a dip in the swimming pool. We were disappointed to be told the pool was closed for renovations. This was not posted... More

Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your most recent stay. We strive to exceed the expectations of each guest that stays with us, and in your case, we failed to meet this criteria. I regret that the pool closure and misdirection cast a shadow on your visit. I would like an opportunity... More

This hotel has all the class and amenities you'll need if you want to treat yourself to a first-rate experience. No detail is left to chance. Unfortunately, this was a quick trip for us and we didn't get the chance to relax and "soak it all in". As with any art gallery, you almost need quiet time; alone-time, to walk... More

My husband decided to do a weekend trip to Dearborn and we chose the Henry based on the reviews we had read. We were not disappointed! From the minute you arrive, the customer service at the front door is wonderful. The lobby is stunning with all the art work displayed throughout. Our room was very clean and a decent size.... More

I have never stayed at a hotel that so values art! The lobby and floors each has exquisite paintings and it was just aesthetically pleasing. The room was clean and bright and cheerful and I actually didn't want to leave since it was so enjoyable. We did go walking and crossed the lot to a mall just to walk after... More

This former Ritz Carlton is pure and simple a fine hotel. Fresh looking, finely appointed, attractive and reasonably spacious rooms, solid staff - it has all you'd want from a near-top-of-the-line hotel - at a price that is affordable, even modest for what you get. And self-parking is easily available, just a hundred yards or so from the main entrance... More

Had stayed here years ago when it was a Ritz Carlton, changes have helped bring this hotel to the forefront. Gorgeous artwork, relaxing atmosphere, Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms. Friendly staff. Our bellman Marty was a pleasure to speak with and made our stay memorable. Stayed one night, wish it were two. Great location if visiting the Henry Ford. Will... More
