The hotel was OK, though not as expected of Hyatt line. I would give 3 stars, 3.5 at most. It is huge and obviously had better days. My room had blocked plumping and their engineers had to come and fix it, the remote controller did not work and the door lock battery was dying and I had to change door... more

We stayed here during 1st week of May 2009 for two nites. Excellent accomodations and service. Food in the Giulio and Sons Restaurant in the hotel was excellent too. Also a restaurant close by (very walkable, "next door") called Big Fish which is excellent too. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would be a great choice for business or leisure... more

I stayed at this hotel on my first visit to USA. The room i stayed in had a good view of the Ford automobile. There is also a big shopping complex with Sears opposite the hotel. more

I stayed here for a business trip in February. While the hotel is very nice, it is HUGE. Check in was smooth and easy, and they even accommodated my early check in at 11 am! My room was very spacious and the furnishings were very nice and updated. The bathroom was a little cramped, but it was just me, and... more

When my husband and I arrived at the Hyatt I was impressed. It was massive and clean. The registration desk was strangely difficult to find. There were about 500 young children and high school kids running everywhere. We were just lucky enough to plan this trip the same weekend as some dance competitions and high school hockey tournament. Friday night... more

I asked for a 4 star hotel through Priceline and got the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn. I knew of this hotel having stayed across Ford Rd. at the Double Tree and thought it would be great. 4 stars to me means great accommodations and excellent service. While the accommodations were very good, the service was shockingly bad. There were no... more

No other rooms were available so they sent me to the Ritz Carlton ( I did not want to leave) they also paid... more

My girlfriend and I had an awesome time at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn. We attended the New Year's Eve party, and it was really crazy and fun. This is the third year in a row we've come to the New Year's Eve party, and it's always a blast. The hotel set up this rock 'n roll room and DJ/Club... more

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Dearborn, Michigan October 26-31. The check in and check out was a breeze. The staff was very attentive and each time I called the front desk, I was addressed by name. Wake up calls were prompt, followed by a second call 15 minutes later. I had a problem with my shower on the... more
