Stayed here with the family. It's a good place next to out let mall. Good restaurant. There is a spa and kids play area. The room is not luxury, too small and the balcony is for standing only; there is no sitting space. The reception are very nice, respectful and helpful and willing to assisst. I do recommend it.

a friendly and new hotel at the coast, few kilometers away from the center. coast good to make nice walk in eveningdirectly at the sea. modern outfitted hotel (novotel) and a friendly service. breakfast was good. typical novotel middle class standard.

our company booked us there for few days, due we had a large meeting in this hotel. it is a pretty new novotel and located at the seafront. but it is not in the city, it is 20 minute drive outside in a pretty lonely neighbourhood. neighbourhood was calm and for relaxing,thelocation is good. good breakfast have been there!

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Novotel in Trabzon. The check in staff were really helpful. We arrived in the evening and were concerned about being able to make arrangements to visit the Sumela Monastery the following day. We stayed there in winter.The seanery was wonderful.We had a very excellent breakfast. There is a huge mart nearby.The room was excellent.The bathroom was fantastic.The wheather was hot in winter too.The hotel is just at the seaside.
