Stayed there for two nights and was very impressed. The kids loved the playgrounds and pool, the campsite is very close to south haven and its beaches. The only negative was that the campsite pitches are a little too close to each other for my liking. I would stay again.

Our family of 5 camped here for one night over Father's Day weekend because kids camped free. We were in a primitive site (no water, no electric) with our tent. The primitive sites are on a trail away from the main camping area. It was quiet, more private and right next to the woods. It did mean we had to... More

We had a wonderful visit to this KOA. We rented a cabin on the pond and were so pleased with our accommodations. Our cabin was so cute, clean and had everything we needed including a stocked fishing pond. The whole property was clean and well taken care of. We will be back again and have told all our friends about... More

We booked a deluxe cabin to use as a base camp while exploring surrounding beach towns. The cabin was just right, and the campground is well maintained. There are great amenities including a snack shop, game room, and laundry facilities. It's about a 15 minute drive into South Haven, but we enjoyed the wooded, quiet atmosphere.

We stayed at this KOA Memorial Weekend. It's a great campground for families. I read some bad reviews and can honestly say that I don't have anything bad to say about this place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the satellite showers near us were very clean, but there's nothing to stop the water from... More

We stayed in one of the cabins so we could join in with friends who have a trailer. It was perfect for our family. Very fun and a lot of amenities. A great place for even the non-campers like us! They have a great selection of campsites and cabins.

This is a better than average KOA. Good place for kids. All gravel roads and sites. They claim to have wifi but it never works. Overpriced for what you get.Fifteen to twenty minutes to shopping for grocery etc. Sandy soil that makes for daily cleanup inside you motorhome.

Me and my brother went to South Haven to stay at a friend's vacant house from 8/31/14 to 9/3/14, only to find out that there was no water or power at the house. We searched online at a nearby cafe that had free WiFi on Labor Day to find a last minute place to rent. Nobody answered their phones and... More

This campground offered everything we could have wanted and more. The family who runs the campground went above and beyond when it comes to service. The camp store had all the items we forgot as well as a nice selection of food and treats. The various family members we interacted with were friendly, helpful and offered tips on where to... More

This campground offers many amenities, and our Kamping Kabin was exceptionally comfortable. You can read a list of amenities on the website, http://koa.com/campgrounds/covert/, but what we appreciated most were the super-friendly, helpful staff and Sherman’s ice cream in the camp store. The campground itself has both sunny and shady sites, both tent and RV spots. Some cabins are almost hidden... More
