We really enjoyed our stay in cabin 20. It was quiet and clean. Need thicker curtains as the property lights are on throughout the resort. The breakfast was nice, the buffet was decently stocked. Our 3 year old had great fun in the cabin, and surrounding area.

Five families from our extended family stayed in the cabins the night of August 14. I loved our cabin's rustic feel. We have a beautiful living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The electric heat made the cabin instantly warm, but the fireplace kept us warm all night. The cabin did not have a kitchen, but go to... More

This is a nice resort consisting of many little cabins and a main lodge. The cabins are very cute, well maintained and clean - but a little dated. We stayed in cabin 2 which was one cabin to itself. Many of the other cabins are duplexes. The food at the lodge restaurant is very, very good and the prices extremely... More

We stayed at the motel ~ very clean & beautiful views!! Ate dinner at the restaurant & it was delicious. Plan to return and stay in one of the many cabins available - charming & rustic!! My sister's family stayed in a cabin and so we had the opportunity to look around. We liked what we saw, fireplace, very spacious... More

We were there for a wedding and the area is perfect for that purpose. The grounds and the lodge are beautiful as is the surrounding area. The cabins could have been cleaner but considering the location they were okay as is.

I love the cabins at the Keweenaw Mountain Lodge. They do not include a kitchen, buy my two bedroom cabin included two bedrooms, a bathroom and a VERY spacious living area with a pull-out sofa. There were little oil lamps and a fireplace. They provide you with wood, kindling, paper to light, and matches so you can really have the... More

The Keweenaw Mountain Lodge was built in the 1930's, and has been maintained to look just as beautiful as the day it opened. It has a rustic charm that can't be found in any commercial establishment. Fortunately our federal and state park programs recognize these historic treasures and keep them well maintained. It reminded me of the buildings and lodges... More

Built by the WPA. Last fully cleaned by them too. This fly infested musty old dump was not my cup of tea. The 2 bedroom cabin was told to us as the best accommodation. Not so much guys. Suffer a little and be closer to the lake. The rooms can't be any worse. No small fridge , no place for... More

The Keweenaw Mountain Lodge was built during the depression as part of the WPA. It remains the best place to stay if you are traveling to the tip of Michigan's Keweenaw peninsula. If you go, you must stay in one of the cabins. The log cabins are either one or two bedrooms and have fireplaces. There is a 3 bedroom... More

KML is a classic lodge located in some of the most beautiful country this United States has to offer! The two room cabin we stayed in was charming and adequate. If you're looking for five star accommodations I would suggest you plan on staying somewhere else. However, that is not a knock at the KML. The cabin was very clean,... More
