Fabulous B & B. The house was lovely and the rooms very comfortable and accommodating. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Our hosts, Kim and Jim were wonderful and did an awesome job restoring the Victorian beauty to the house. The breakfasts were amazing. I would highly recommend staying at The Chelsea House.

My husband and I stayed here overnight to celebrate our 26th anniversary and it was wonderful. Fireplace in the room, fluffy comforters and super quiet. Woke to quaint sound of the church bells in the morning and had a lovely breakfast with tea. Highly recommend. Kim and Jim are wonderful and thoughtful hosts.

Really nice B&B. The house was gorgeous and the room was very comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect - a 2 min walk to the Common Grill. The breakfast in the morning was amazing - crepes and fancy French toast. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Chelsea House last weekend. The house itself was positively lovely and the room was impeccably clean and well designed. It was a posh stay for a bed and breakfast down to the smallest level of detail (such as the nice shampoo in the shower and water bottles by the bed). We would definitely stay... More

My husband and I spent one night in the Glacier Suite and wished we could have stayed a week! The room was immaculate and comfortable. There was a small sitting area with a large over stuffed chair with large ottoman and a love seat. This was perfect for us! So many special little perks like: 3 different snacks in a... More

We've stayed at the Chelsea House many times over many years. It's the finest B&B we've ever stayed at. Jim & Kim Miles are fine hosts and excellent cooks. The combo of the Purple Rose Theatre, the Common Grill for dinner & the Chelsea House breakfast is the best. We recommend this beautiful place highly. A+

We chose this fabulous little inn to stay in while we attended the Concours D'Elegance of America in Plymouth this year. We stayed in the carriage house, a completely equipped one bedroom apartment that occupies the entire top floor of the three car carriage house that is attached to the back of the main inn. It was quiet and totally... More

My wife and I spent this last weekend at the Chelsea House with our parents, and had a fantastic time. Jim and Kim were great hosts, and were very responsive to our needs. Even though we had neglected to advise them of several dietary restrictions, they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating with our meals. The rooms were delightful, and very... More

I was looking for lodging that was near Pinckney (visiting family) and the Purple Rose Theatre. This is THE perfect location and I am so very glad I chose the Chelsea House. Jim and Kim are so considerate and think of everything. The attention to detail from the push button light switches to the light fixtures and the skeleton keys... More

Drawn to Chelsea because it was only 40 minutes from Detroit Metro airport but found it to be an amazing town with THE BEST BED & BREAKFAST - The Chelsea House. Our accommodations were 5 star, as well as the service and breakfast. The staff was so friendly and genuinely committed to making sure all of our needs were met.... More

We are thrilled that you had such a good time and that you'd like to spend more time here in town. You would have loved the Chelsea House Orchestra on our "Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights" event the week after you were here. The orchestra plays lots of great Celtic Music and the kids and parents were dancing just... More
