My husband and I spent one night in the Glacier Suite and wished we could have stayed a week! The room was immaculate and comfortable. There was a small sitting area with a large over stuffed chair with large ottoman and a love seat. This was perfect for us! So many special little perks like: 3 different snacks in a... More

We've stayed at the Chelsea House many times over many years. It's the finest B&B we've ever stayed at. Jim & Kim Miles are fine hosts and excellent cooks. The combo of the Purple Rose Theatre, the Common Grill for dinner & the Chelsea House breakfast is the best. We recommend this beautiful place highly. A+

We chose this fabulous little inn to stay in while we attended the Concours D'Elegance of America in Plymouth this year. We stayed in the carriage house, a completely equipped one bedroom apartment that occupies the entire top floor of the three car carriage house that is attached to the back of the main inn. It was quiet and totally... More

My wife and I spent this last weekend at the Chelsea House with our parents, and had a fantastic time. Jim and Kim were great hosts, and were very responsive to our needs. Even though we had neglected to advise them of several dietary restrictions, they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating with our meals. The rooms were delightful, and very... More

I was looking for lodging that was near Pinckney (visiting family) and the Purple Rose Theatre. This is THE perfect location and I am so very glad I chose the Chelsea House. Jim and Kim are so considerate and think of everything. The attention to detail from the push button light switches to the light fixtures and the skeleton keys... More

Drawn to Chelsea because it was only 40 minutes from Detroit Metro airport but found it to be an amazing town with THE BEST BED & BREAKFAST - The Chelsea House. Our accommodations were 5 star, as well as the service and breakfast. The staff was so friendly and genuinely committed to making sure all of our needs were met.... More

We are thrilled that you had such a good time and that you'd like to spend more time here in town. You would have loved the Chelsea House Orchestra on our "Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights" event the week after you were here. The orchestra plays lots of great Celtic Music and the kids and parents were dancing just... More

We stayed here while visiting Chelsea for a performance at that Purple Rose Theatre. It's the perfect location; within easy walking distance of both the theater and restaurants and the inn keepers were more than helpful in answering questions and helping to arrange details. Then our stay at the Chelsea House was an joy in itself. The house is beautifully... More

Spent an absolutely lovely three day get-away celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary at the Chelsea House Victorian Inn, and had an absolutely fabulous experience. Gourmet breakfasts, impeccable accommodations, beauty throughout. Within walking distance of arts organizations including the Purple Rose Theatre, a variety of specialty shops and dining any foodie would love. We highly recommend the Chelsea House Victorian Inn!

Fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. The house is fully renovated Victorian style. The owners spend years and years in rebuilding this house to its finest details. They are great guys, take great care of you. Breakfast is the best I ever had, two courses will fill you up for the day.

We thank you for your kindness. Reviewing your stay at our little Bed and Breakfast is very helpful to others who are deciding between a chain hotel and Chelsea House. It also helps us continue to attract guests and sustain the level of care this historic home deserves with all its unique details. Without our guests and their kind acts,... More

Excellent from start to finish. Beautiful, old house close to town. Crepes as starter course each morning followed by casserole-style main course dishes. Each one delicious. Room was very inviting with comfortable chairs, period furniture, many decorative touches. Hosts Jim and Kim are warm and welcoming. Our second visit.
