Can't feel good about this stay when credit cards numbers were stolen and most people in our party had to spend days on the phone trying to straighten this out. I think a phone call should be made to each person who has been violated

Clean but very basic. There was only one chair and it was not comfortable. There no lamps only a small light on the wall and then fluorescent lights at the ceiling. The lighting was very poor. One wall outlet did not work. Not what we expected for Charlevoix.

I thought the room was nice but could of had some color to it.The pool and hottub area could also use a freshning up a little. It would of been nice to have a little more hot food on the breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

We rented out 2 room for my daughters 13th birthday. The kids had a great time using the pool. The girls also said the breakfast was good. I didn't eat. Staff was very friendly, and we got a great rate. Would do it again.

everything was great - the only thing i can think of to do - would be to put the TV up on the wall instead of on the dresser - then you have more dresser room and can see TV better. Other than that everything was great

We came up for a little weekend trip and the Dogman bike race. It was our first time at the Inn. The rooms were clean and large. The pool and hot tub were both warm and relaxing. The location was perfect. We are coming back again next year!

Its definitely the most pet friendly Hotel I've been to. A large bag yard / pet park is really cool. They went out of there way to clear the snow so it was accesible and usable. I appreciate the staff doing that for the consumers.
