We had a great stay at the Bridge Street Inn. The rooms were spotless and Debra was a wonderful host too. She made sure that the air conditioning was set to our liking and that we had everything we needed, even fresh baked cookies in our room before bedtime. You could tell that she really takes care of all of... More

Our stay in the Lake Breeze Suite was very comfortable, clean and roomy. This room is on the second floor and has views of the large side yard. An adjoining sitting room with Lake Michigan views and it's own bathroom with shower complete the space. Air conditioning and free Wifi available. Location can't be beat! A very short walk into... Don't be fooled into thinking this is a romantic B&B here, what you're getting is a tired rooming house, with a breakfast that has very little to offer. The coffee was see-through with packs of coffee whitener offered (we found some milk). The rest was just above what you'd expect at a low end chain motel. The bed was good.... More

Our stay at Bridge Street Inn was hands down phenomenal. Conveniently situated between the beautiful view of Lake Michigan from the wrap-around front porch and three buildings from the draw bridge in downtown, makes this location a win-win! This century old home, is just that...a century old! It has an old time charm that is very inviting. The sleeping quarter's... More

This 117-year-old home is a three-story display of antique charm refurbished with creature comforts. The Bridge Street Inn has a beautiful dining room and front parlor, graced with generous windows that provide light throughout the day. The furniture is comfortable, and the antiques are carefully presented to be background rather than statements. While we did not see the second floor,... More

Stayed in Grandpa's Loft - room was spotless. Food was excellent. Service was great! One day I came in from fishing, knowing I had missed breakfast - and not expecting it. However, Rae and Deb got all the stuff back out and made me breakfast anyway! What wonderful hostesses! I also needed a fishing license so Rae got on her... More

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was awesome! We parked our car the first night, and didn't move it. A couple minutes of walking got us to the downtown area, the marina, or to Lake Michigan. The innkeeper, who I understand has been newly hired, was wonderful and very accommodating. She went out of her way to... More

This is a true bed OR breakfast!!!! Advertising didn't meet reality. View of drawbridge was non existent along with the view of Lake Michigan. The inn keeper regaled us our first afternoon for at least 30 minutes about checking beds for bedbugs and how the cleaning help doesn't do her job. First morning there we were to wake up to... More

My husband and I were looking for a B&B for one night this summer. We phoned the Bridge Street Inn and spoke with the innkeeper. We were quite sure that we required our own bathroom and the innkeeper promised that our room came with it's own private bathroom. Once we arrived and checked in, she broke it to us that... More

Im not a big B&B person and this one was very disappointing. The innkeeper was nice enough but was only there for breakfast and from 3:00 to 7:30 good luck if you need anything in the evening. Say ice or toilet paper. Check in is at three and they mean it no amount of calls or door bells will get... More
