I checked in for 2 rooms. Both rooms hot no hot water, 1 room had a shower with a missing handle ( unable to turn on water), both rooms had brown water in toilets and sinks, the towels in both bathrooms were stained and were dark yellow in color vs. bright white. Brought everything including towels to front desk next... more

We had 4 rooms. All were dirty, cold, and never enough hot water for showers. It was a big snowmobile weekend and the noise was terrible. Loud groups of people right out side our door until 4:00 am. Garbage everywhere. Our room with fireplace and refrigerator was good size but we didn't have a refrigerator. They didn't tell us that... more

I was looking for a cheap, romantic get away with my husband when I found this hotel. It was in our price range, and complete with a little fire place and fire log. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room to see the size of it, and were a little sad that we didn't think to bring our... more

My boyfriend and I stopped at this hotel on our way up to Empire for the Dunegrass and Blues Festival. We arrived in the evening and the hotel was virtually deserted. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and even upgraded us to the "honeymoon suite" with the large bed and the fireplace. It's an older hotel but everything... more

We stayed at the hotel for a event in the area. The hotel is old, but it was clean. We had a problem with the TV not working, and right away a new TV was brought to our room. The swimming pool was decent but the shallow end was 4ft and if you have kids, make sure to bring floaties.... more

We stayed here for a wedding. We had over half the hotel booked, so we saw several rooms, this is not just one room review!! Dirty and dingy. Mold on ceiling in bathroom as well as spots that looked like they had been painted over to cover them up. Towels were so rough, you could use them as back scratchers.... more

We arrived and the Terminix Man was their talking about their roach problem throughout the hotel and their KITCHEN. Next their was construction going on the several rooms, which looked as if they caught fire. We went to our room and then left. When we went to leave the attendent at the counter was smokeing and drinking liquor, very NOT... more

We were staying at the Cadillac Woods for a wedding and called ahead because we knew we would be arriving late in the evening and wanted to make sure we would be able to get into our room. The representative from Cadillac Woods assured us that the office was 24 hours and we'd be able to get into our room.... more

Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. Pool was clean. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow, but we were very happy with the rest of our stay. Name is being changed to Cadillac Woods. more

I recently stayed here on what hoped to be a start of great vacation...but the horror began. First of all, the air conditioner rattled so loudley I had to change rooms. The hot tub had an beer cup floating in it. The next room I was given I found to my horror unchanged bed sheets containing grass clipings, human hair... more
