Normally Marriott Courtyards are a safe bet, but I'll avoid this property in the future, based on the way I was treated, and the dirty condition of the rooms. The hotel has gone through recent renovations as of 2007. The actual construction and opening of the Courtyard Brighton was in 1999 not 2001 as stated by someone prior. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Courtyard in Brighton for a night due to a power outage. We were very pleased with the room. It was clean and very quiet!!! The pool and hot tub area were very nice, but the pool and hot tub could both be a lot warmer... It was still fun watching all the kids... more

Typical look, feel, comfort and cleanliness one expects from Courtyard. A biot hard to find as it is tucked back in from main road. I thought I was turning into a car delaership, but it is a service road to get you back to the hotel and a restaurant or two. more

Our 4th stay at this inn, another pleasant experience. Stayed over Thanksgiving plus one. Rates are a bit high, even the senior rate-$89 + extras. Excellent staff and rooms are in A-1 condition. This Courtyard by Marriott was built in 2001. Its a 3 story building that's located next to a medium sized confrence center. Its fairly clean and the front desk staff has good knowlege of the area.
