This was the 3rd time we've stayed at the Mountain Grand Lodge. All 3 times we've opted for the Grand Alberg suite. Large roomy suite with 2 levels. The upper level bedroom gets extremely warm and has no window or opening to the lower level. No real dining space, but large family couch with pullout sofa. Electric fireplace. Mini frig,... More

We went to ski which means plenty of equipment. We never felt crunched in room even with 4 people. The room had great beds, it was clean, and had a mini fridge. Would go back again for sure. The breakfast was awesome!

My daughters and I stayed one night at the Mountain Grand Lodge, so that we could try out the Avalanche Bay Water Park for the first time. We stayed on Christmas Eve. I found the room to be well-appointed, with microwave, mini fridge, and a fireplace. We liked the theming of the rooms and the hotel overall. My daughters got... More

We stayed at Mountain Grand Lodge Resort and Spa from Friday to Sunday over Thanksgiving weekend. We booked it very last minute when we were informed by the lodge that the slopes would be open on Saturday and Sunday. We took my parents with us to babysit our two little ones while we ski-ed. After driving 4 hours to get... More

This property truly strives to be special. It is perfect. The rooms and facility are spotless and themed for the Alpine feel. It is a place you want to return to again. The staff members are so friendly it makes you feel at home.

Stayed in Click Tower building. Room was on, but dark. Lamp for desk was provided on request. Only usable mirror was in the bathroom which made it difficult in the morning. Staff is all nice and helpful. Food tasty. On site restaurants do NOT take reservations which makes it difficult when everyone at the convention only has 2 hours. Would... More

Have stayed here twice and have been delighted both times. Resort has somewhat of a traditional lodge feel. Rooms are clean and spacious and bathrooms are well stocked with nice bath soaps and lotions which are replenished each day. The grounds are designed like a little village and the kid's enjoyed snores by the fire pit each evening.. Everett restaurant... More

It really isn't that far but seems remote. This resort is very nice and is much bigger than it seems at first. We were there for a wedding (which was held at Castle Farms) and had a nice queen room. The room was very good size with a comfortable couch that folded out, flat screen TV, fireplace, balcony, small kitchenette... More

Broken and leaky toilet in the first room. They moved us from #240 to #260 after we insisted we were not staying in a room that had toilet water, that leaked from between the floor and base of the toilet. You could see the stains in the tiles and the room stunk like urine. So off we went to the... More

Everything in the room was damp including the bedsheets and carpet. The room went from hot to cold making it very uncomfortable. The room is 1980's old country style with baby blue walls and hickory furniture and doors. The counters in the bathroom are very small. All of the vending machines in the hotel are broken or out out of... More
