If you are looking for a great place to stay while up north, this is the place! Bill the owner and his staff are fantastic!!! Very personable and attentive to your needs! Close walk to downtown Boyne City, parks and restaurants! Boat launches are not too far away either! Definitely a winner and we will return!!!

A block off the downtown district of Boyne CIty. It was a clean and quiet small room but I only needed a place to stay during our "cottage overflow" time period. During the day I was elsewhere. The Wi-fi signal was weak during the evening hours but somehow "recovered" about 9:00 AM. Received clean towels every morning and the bed... More

Stayed three nights. Great place to shower and sleep while we played on lakes. Close to boat launch, restaurants, and bars. Can't beat this location for the price! Wifi signal too weak. One block to downtown, two blocks from Lake Charlevoix. Not immaculate nor gross.

This is a great place to stay in Boyne City. There really is only one other motel and it's not as nice. Have stayed here for a weekend visit with my sister and her family for the past 20 years. Quiet, close to the park, downtown and the farmer's market on Saturdays. Nothing fancy and the bathrooms are a bit... More

This is a well kept property that is an easy walking distance to downtown Boyne City attractions. The rooms are clean, but basic. THey do have microwaves and fridges in the rooms which is a nice touch. Friendly service.

We lucked out and got into room #10 on a Saturday evening after Jeeping in the forests that afternoon. If it was just a bit warmer a walk to downtown would have been lovely, passing by the quaint riverside park along the way. The BRI provides a normal bar menu with the prime rib and the burrito both enjoyed by... More

We were very dissapointed with our stay at this hotel! The bed in our room was WORN OUT! My wife has a bad back and paid dearly for sleeping on this mattress. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom depends on heat form the main room. There is no vent in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty. Our son and... More

This is a great, inexpensive place to stay when skiing at Boyne Mountain. Why pay two or three times as much to stay at the ski resort when there is a much cheaper option only 10 minutes away? The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us have a nice stay. I would definitely come... More

We stayed here for two nights and would choose it again. This is an older motel so I rated the room as a "3" but he bed was comfortable and the bathroom, though small, was ultra clean. The room was quiet, too, for a good night's sleep. There were chairs outside for reading or visiting during warm weather.
