We reserved a room at the Comfort Inn based on the recommendations on TripAdvisor. After visiting three rooms that were creepy and dirty, we checked out and will never be back. I was told that I would not be charged, but I will be watching my credit card statement. more

We always try to get Comfort Inns if possible.With minor issues are usually satisfied.This one was by far the best.Looks new which is always a factor.Room much larger than usual even with 2 double beds.I gather from other postings that all rooms don't have frig micro etc----but we lucked out had both.Mirror,sink,toiletry counter separate from bathroom.That's another feature that gives... more

We arrived at 1.40 pm and received our room at this time. The room and all of the facilities is spotless. The continental breakfast was good. The only hot item is make your own waffles. We recently spent two nights at this property. (May 30 and 31, 2008). Check in was smooth with a smiling hotel clerk. The rooms are very large and clean. We had two connecting rooms (locked door between) which made our stay more enjoyable. One room had a small fridge and microwave (why not both?). Cleanliness was obvious throughout the property.... more

We booked this hotel at the last minute, and paid $72. It was cheaper to book through the hotel website, instead of any other website. Comfort Inn is VERY close to the Prime Outlet Mall. It's at the same exit on I-75, and just across the highway, along with a bunch of other hotels, and some restaurants. It's only 10... more

Spent one night. Hotel and rooms are nice and very clean, no complaints. Right up the road from the Outlet Mall, nice area. I was a walk in, they charged me 69.99. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but hey, it was free. I would stay again. more

After staying at another higher class hotel chain the night before, we were relieved to have a room with comfortable beds and extra pillows. Do not waste your time on trying to stay at the Comfort Inn, Birch Run, MI. You will spend more time trying to get the correct room and even more time wasted if you have a disability. Rooms dirty. Staff not sure of policies or when you call, what comprises the different rooms. What is in and not in them.... more
