This is the first Hampton we've stayed at, so I can't say whether it lives up to their reputation....but we saw absolutely nothing wrong with the appearance of this hotel. My husband and I visit Frankenmuth every year in April and we always stay at the Hampton Inn Birch Run. It is very convenient for shopping at the Prime Outlets and just a short drive to Frankenmuth. Stay there for the Easter weekend, the hotel location is good and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, the hotel staffs are friendly and attentive. My Husband and I stay here usually twice a year and we absolutely love it. We get the jacuzzi suite, the tub is awesome, they recently put in a flat screen TV, and the room has a fridge and microwave. We love the area (shopping, Frankenmuth..etc.). The rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly and efficient. more

This Hampton Inn could use some improvements to bring guests. It's a typical Hampton Inn, but a bit run down and in the lower end. If you just need a place to sleep it's OK, but there is nothing about the place or location that is memorable or you could recommend to friends. Nothing outstanding, there are better accomadations in the area. more
