I arranged a motel stay for an out of town guest for the University's graduation weekend. Since the guest was traveling as part of a group there were several changes in their plans. So, I had to cancel the reservation only to have to call to request a new reservation several days later. Although the motel was all booked up... More

With no competition, this place is under average expectation for any traveler looking for a decent place of rest. While the manager was friendly, the room was not. I paid like for three stars but the place don't deserve more than one and a half. If you are interested in visiting Andrews University, you should ask them for a room... More

We knew we were in trouble when we walked in the room and saw a flyswatter hanging by the light-switch. The shower had a cracked soap holder and was sharp enough to cut you. The air conditioner was a window unit with can foam around it - well around most of it. There was plenty of room for flies to... More

Tv hardly worked, lights were out, rust all over the bathrooms, smelled bad and after I declined to stay there, they told me there was no return policy so I was out 200 dollars... Worst hotlel experience of my life!!

We were looking for a one night stay on or way up to Manistee, MI and struggled to find an available room. The was a bit out of the way but available, $70 with taxes, and very adequate. Rooms were a bit out dated, small bathroom. They had newer carpet, newer painted walls, a microwave, refrigerator, space around the beds.... More

The location was great I was staying there due to the fairground and carnival in the summer. Which by the way was amazing. Although it was not the best place but still amazing. Last time I came the whole place was rundown and old but this visit of summer 2012 they fixed so many things. And I heard from a... More

At $70 a night it was an outrage. I would not stay there for $15 a night! Nothing was plugged in when we arrived. Had to plug in the wall air conditioner and reach up for the controls. Drains in bathroom in room 109 were slower than molasses. Had to shower in our own drain water. Had to hold the... More

Bed Bugs!!! If you want some unwanted company, I dare you to stay there! In the year 2007, I stayed there for about 10 days. During my stay, I got major bed bug bites that required medical attention. I ended up seeing 4 different doctors before I got better. Last year, in October 2008, I gave this motel a second... More
