This was our third B&B in Michigan, and so far the absolute best of the bunch. A charming home with wonderful rooms in a great small town. Close to water and Traverse City, with quaint restaurants and shops (and Shorts Brewery Pub right down the road), there's plenty to do. Jason and Yuni are wonderfuls hosts, cook great breakfasts, and... More

We stepped into a Historic scene of beauty from the past. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Should have brought our tennis rackets. There is a lovely park on a creek across the street, with tennis courts. It is close to Bellaire Lake, Torch Lake, and about 45 min. from downtown Traverse City.... More

Our visit to Bellaire Michigan and our stay at the Grand Victorian was so wonderful! Jason and Yuning greeted us on our arrival so graciously. After a brief history of the beautiful home , we were shown our room . After unpacking and walking the town we ate at the local tavern (Shorts) recommended by Jason and Yuning , loved... More

We have stayed at several Bed & Breakfast Inn's and this by far is most beautiful home. Rivaling the quality of Michigans Grand Hotel at a more affordable price. Large rooms, the finest of quality wood craftsmanship was used at this 120 year old mansion- Birdseye Maple, Oak, Chestnut. The home is maintained with the highest care and expense with... More

Our recent stay at the Grand Victorian B&B was delightful. The accommodations were very comfortable with large rooms that were beautifully appointed. The host were very gracious and aimed to please. The facility was very neat and clean and the complete breakfast was served promptly and any requests were fulfilled. We had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the small... More

My wife and I recently went to the Grand Victorian for a babycation. We loved it, the innkeepers are new to their job but are clearly excited about providing an excellent stay for their guests. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the history of the house is fascinating, and it is located in a beautiful small town. Fresh cookies... More

My Wife and I drive from Traverse City to Bellaire just to come to this B&B and it was worth the trip. The building is well preserved, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Our room had a fireplace and a seating area in front of it with comfy chairs, a table, and books to read. The bed was so comfortable that I... More

I am sad I have to write an unfavorable review as we had high expectations. This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast. What soured our stay was an issue with a broken skeleton key, and the way we were treated afterwards. We did use the key in the wrong lock (our room had two doors), and it... More

Breakfast: so-so baked eggs with cheese one day, real good quiche the second; fruit cup both days, STORE-BOUGHT mini muffins both days, orange juice only, good coffee. Paperwork mentions "afternoon treats" - never saw those. New owners took over in April. Lot of antiques in a house that was built in 1895, and the decorative wood work will take the... More

This was our second time staying at the Grand Victorian B&B and this time was as nice as the first time but now with new owners. We stayed at the Grand Victorian back in 2006 when Ken and Linda owned it. The reason we stay at B&B's is because we loved this place and back in 2006 it was the... More
