My boyfriend and I were visiting my mother and father and needed a place to get some peace and quiet. My father is not well, and I came up to see him and spent the weekend cooking healthy things for him. It was such a treat to come back to Jamie's Inn each night and have some peaceful time alone,... Applesauce Inn Bed & Breakfast is a Beautiful home in Bellair, Michigan. Many great resturants, shops and things to do. From the moment we arrived at the Inn, we felt welcome. The Inn Keeper Jamie, is an Amazing host, so Friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The Entire Inn was Exceptionally Clean, Inviting, Quiet, Romantic and Comfy-Cozy. My husband... More

My husband and I recently stayed at applesauce inn for three days during our honeymoon. It was an absolutely amazing experience and we both agree we will never stay at a hotel again. The innkeepers create a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Jamie cooks the most delicious desserts every evening, creative fresh breakfasts every morning... More

Applesauce B&B in Bellaire, Michigan was one of the best experiences my husband and I have had while traveling. It was welcoming and comfortable and Jamie, the hostess, was very knowledgeable about the area. She knew the best kept secrets and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It felt like a home away from home. The little extras she provides made... More

Bed and breakfast with the emphasis on super wonderfully superb breakfast. We were welcomed and made to feel welcome. The food is great and the snacks are tasty. The chickens are a pleasant distraction and the artwork is great to look at.

Very nice B&B. Owners are great. Breakfast is delicious. What I have a problem with is that was what is on the website is not given. It shows on website desert and wine pairing not offered. Granted we did bring our own wine. Burt not always dessert. Would have loved homemade dessert.

The Applesauce Inn rates at the very top of our B & B stays in the U.S. & Europe. Jamie attends to every detail and is a phenomenal chef. The location is perfect for trips to Traverse City, Bellaire, & Alden. We will be back!

Jamie (the owner) is so nice, and she's an amazing cook!! Her breakfasts are made from items in her garden and eggs from her chickens. Every evening there's a fresh made dessert waiting for the guests as well! There's a beverage bar always available with coffee and water to use with the variety of teas and cocoas. The B&B is... Jamie & Gary were wonderful hosts, and their B&B was perfect for the getaway we needed. All of the rooms were exactly what we needed-warm, comfortable and cozy. Jamie's cooking was outstanding and the evening desserts added something extra special to our stay. Breakfasts were out of this world and very healthy (and good, too!). We're looking forward to our... More
