The room was clean and it was quiet. At our arrival, the lady at the desk made me feel like I had inconvenienced her because we had interrupted her while she was giving her dog a bath. The lay out of the room was not good< < mini refrigerator was on the floor, lamps were at inconvenient places, the thermostat... More

I loved my stay here! I have always thought the front looks nice while passing through, but had no idea what a beautiful yard it has until I stayed there. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. We stayed in the Garden Room which was on the end and second level, and had many windows; I would... More

Bellaire is a cute little lake town with some good grub ( loved lulu's, beers t shorts and buggersbat the Chief and the Bellairebar). The Inn looks like the cherry on this cake of a town . It's colorful and quaint without being the grannyish and lacey, Pepto pink stuffy and fluffy floral Victorian. The river in the back is... More

I just returned from a three night stay with my adult daughter and we were pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Bellaire, Michigan! We had been to Bellaire to visit Shorts Brewery in the past, which is a great experience in itself, and saw this beautiful hotel. So on our next visit we stayed here. It was a quiet... More

The Stone Waters Inn is simply beautiful! The back porches lead to beautiful decks down to the river that runs behind it. Sitting areas on very level give plenty of places to sit and read, meditate or have a quiet conversation. The room was spacious with gorgeous views. The staff was pleasant, courteous and accommodating! Will return for Texas yearly... More

We recently stayed at the Stone Waters Inn for our honeymoon getaway. The staff consistently went above and beyond to assure our trip was a perfect as possible. The property is beautiful and well kept. The river flows directly behind the property with romantic torch lit paths meandering along its banks. There is no shortage of things to do with... More

My wife and I have stayed here twice on trips to Shorts Brewery and loved our stays. Very friendly and helpful and the decking and hot tub on the river are great amenities. Peaceful and quiet for being right on the main drag of the village.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the stone waters for a few nights to visit Short's Brewery. We had a wonderful time! The river behind the inn is absolutely beautiful! Most nights we would buy a six pack from the brew pub and enjoy our evenings in the hot tub looking over the river! Coming from the city, it was... More

This could be a very nice place. The setting is beautiful - wooded and located on a river. Lots of seating overlooking the water. Nice lobby complete with a pool table. And walking distance to Shorts Brewery. Sound good? Like I said - it could be. The management has let the place run down. Rooms could have been a lot... More

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay at the inn. We did find that the shower door was broken and that the kitchen sink was spraying in your room and both were fixed immediately. I wish you would have mentioned this to us during your stay as I would have gladly fixed both of these right away.... More
