The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a good location for Bay City. It had a great breakfast room with make your own waffles, and there were always chocolate chip cookies at the desk! There was new bedding on the queen size bed and 5 pillows each so that was great. On the down... more

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. We were on the 3rd floor in the corner which was quiet. Elevator was "shut down" for a day. The male desk clerk was only allowing adults on it. This hotel was team friendly until his shift. Once he left, the elevator signs were taken down. Breakfast well stocked and plenty to eat. bagels, waffles, toast, english muffins,... more

My wife and I stayed here 11/22-11/24. While this is a decent hotel, I felt there is some room for improvement. Nice little place. Front desk was friendly. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Above average for the price - a good value. Two small problems - frig was so loud we had to unplug it and people smoking in this non-smoking hotel - which we seem to find to be the case even in the best hotels. more

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We originally planned to stay at the Americinn for the entire Labor Day weekend. We weren't happy w/that hotel and found the Fairfield. We loved this place! The beds were comfortable beyond words. Pillows galore adorned the bed. The pool area was clean, the hot tub was hot, everything was great about this... more

This was the second time I have stayed at the Fairfirld Inn. My grandmother passed away and the very polite woman at the front desk gave me the berevement rate. The hotel staff have always been really nice and attentive. The only problem was the indoor pool area. The a/c was not working and it was 100 degrees outside. But,... more
