During our one night stay here we found more bad than good. When we entered the outside door to go to our room there were 3 big bags of garbage and more garbage in a trash cart piled in the foyer by the vending machines. We stayed in Bay City in April 2004. The hotel was right in the center of town. We could walk to most places of interest. The hotel room was clean with a view of the river.
