I stayed at the 3 palms for one night before I left Bay City. At first I was apprehensive to stay here, the hotel looks like it is under construction and/or abandoned (they do have some vinyl signs out stating they are open for business). Despite what others have said in reviews, I had no trouble accessing the wifi during... More

We stayed at the 3 Palms for 10 days at the end of March to spend some time with family . The rooms were clean, a little outdated but perfect for what we were looking for. Our kids loved it (9, 6, 3, girls). The staff was very accommodating and very personal attending to our every need. We will definitely... More

Ignore any review that is 6 months old or older! I just stayed at the hotel for an extended weekend vacation with my family, the hotel was immaculate, staff was extremely accommodating, all in all great price for what ur getting.

Very affordable accommodations. Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was nothing to brag about, but adequate, mostly a "carb fest". Friendly staff. Didn't try wifi. Hallway carpeting needs replaced, however they are working on updating things, (which the rooms are). I totally understand them not being able to accomplish a complete reno all at once. Pleased to see free laundry available,... More

I booked this hotel for a business trip, I was performing a wedding at the Double Tree directly across the street from the 3 Palms. Double Tree wanted $130.00 a night, 3 Palms wanted $59.00 a night, I, being a very money wise consumer went with the 3 Palms for the money saving aspect. The Hotel is very basic, but... More

Well where should I start. It's and old Holiday Inn that was closed for a number of years. The new owners are trying to bring it back. The pool and hot tub was just reopened. Most of the rooms have been remodeled, but the original carpet from before is in the hallways and lobby and has a musty smell. Wifi... More

It's dingy and badly in need of updating. Staff though is very friendly and free laundry on the 4th floor. Pool is closed. Elevator is scary and stairs are plain. Again, staff is friendly and does make this dingy hotel seem brighter.

It smells the rooms and bathrooms were disgusting. They called us at midnight and made my husband 3 kids and I pack up and move because our room was requested by someone else. We were compensated for the night but it was completely ridiculous! We will never go back I'd rather sleep in the car!

This hotel is a mixed bag - for one it is still under renovation - missing door knobs, missing elevator buttons, odd smell of paint in the hallways, the swimming pool is still closed and it seems empty. It has an odd feel about it - think deserted building in a ghost town. That's the bad part. The good part... More

Recently on June 15th, 2013 I was in the Bay City Area for a concert in Saginaw, MI. The staff was very helpful as I made my reservations here from my home in Lansing, MI. I was not familiar with the Bay City area as much as my friend who recommended this Hotel. We both stayed overnight on June 15th,... More
