My husband and I stayed in a Jacuzzi suite, planning on having a nice relaxing weekend. Maybe we should have stayed home with the kids. First, 80 of the 88 rooms were booked with a childrens floor hockey team. That put a damper on things quickly. Then we get into our room, set our things down on and on the... more

We went through Priceline for this 'hotel'. I don't think I will trust Priceline again. For a two star hotel I would at least expect a clean, safe place. The window lock was broken, there was a one inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the front door - both huge safety issues. The real kicker was the... more

Staff was nice, but we were checked into a room that was not clean. We were switched to a different room. Hotel seemed dirty. Beds were hard as a rock. Not great. Did not feel very safe. more

First of all, I chose this hotel through the Baymont website and later found out that had I booked through the hotel directly, I could have saved $30.00. Upon arrival, I noticed that the lobby looked a little neglected. It ended up being a reflection of the rest of the hotel. Staff was courteous enough when I checked in but... more

The location is very easy to find - right off of I-94. We arrived mid-afternoon to check in. I had reserved 2 rooms. I was in town with 6 other people for a bowling tournament. Thank God we were only there for 1 night. While I did not hear of any problems with the other room, there were problems with... more

I will never stay at another Baymont. The room was filthy, the air conditioner didn't work and we awoke in the morning to water pouring onto our bed from the ceiling! The staff was very apologetic, and we were promised that the manager would call us the following Monday. Needless to say, we never received a call. I did feel... more

When I first arrived, I waited for a good 5 minutes before help arrived at the front desk. After I was greeted, I confirmed with the front desk clerk that I would like a non-smoking room. She said there weren't any rooms available...and that the first floor, single bed, smoking room she was giving me 'hardly ever gets checked out'.... more

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. My experience was very unpleasant. When we arrived we did not get the room we were promised, we got one of the employee’s rooms instead. Not very professional. The pool was murky and has no deep end. We asked for more towels and we were told that had to wash them. Never received... more

Convienently located off 94 and close to a number of amenities (sit-down restuarants, grocery stores, mall and strip malls), Baymont is a good choice for a mid-range hotel in the area. I've stayed at Baymont before and for the price, you really can't go wrong. We've stayed a few of the discount chains nearby and its worth the extra money... more
