There's nothing specifically wrong with this hotel, nothing that I'd go to the hotel desk and complain about (well, except for the way that the window in my first room didn't lock, but that was immediately rectified by moving me to a smaller room), but there is also nothing that I'd rave about. The room is obviously cleaned everyday by... more

One of the nicer Courtyards I've stayed at. I liked the view of the city of Worcester out my window, however if I stay there again, I would definitely request a room not facing the main street. Having a room facing the main street and the noise that ensued is my only complaint. It seems as it's the local drag... more

Never recall staying at a worse hotel, even 2 star ones in the past have been better. The a/c in the room was broken, it was just pushing air without cooling and on a humid night it was impossible to sleep. I must have woken up a dozen times at night. The uncomfortable beds and terrible lumpy pillows did not... more

The Courtyard is "ok" - rooms were clean, staff friendly and overall my stay was fine. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and I was glad that I had a travelling companion this trip so that I was not out in the parking lot alone after dinner. The morning breakfast buffet is pricey at $10.50 - we'd picked the Courtyard... more

Stayed here for a local wedding with another couple. My room was great. Clean. Balcony. Extra Pillows. My only complaint was the front desk. The lady was rude when we asked for rooms close to our friends (whom we traveled with). And you could barely understand her. She gave us a hard time b/c we didn't specify that in our... more

I stayed at this hotel on a one-night business trip. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was pretty rude. My room was fine - I enjoyed balcony access for fresh air - but my colleague who was travelling with me was stuck with a regular window room even though we paid the same rate. She also reported difficulty sleeping due... more

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The location was great( across from the WPI Life Sciences Center) and they handled a student conference well. The front desk was very accomodating and the room was very comfortable. For a college town hotel, this was a great place! They have a great indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. AND, have room... more

Although most Courtyards don't distinguish themselves in their restaurants, this one for breakfast is particularly poor. Although the opening time is 6:30 am, the food is seldom ready before 20 or more minutes pass. And the service here is very poor. About the only thing the waitress delivers is the check ... skip it and go elsewhere for breakfast in... more
