We stayed one night and it was fine. At first TV didn't work but someone came to fix it immediately. Free breakfast offers more than most and the "dining" room is pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful. Not in a glamorous part of the city (off the hiway) but we got to Clark University in under 10 minutes. more

I travel a lot. A lot! I am so tired of having to pack my own pillowcases just to try to not wake up with a scratched face. :( I just woke up after a great nights sleep here at the Hampton Inn. What do I like about this place? Easy to find location. Helpful staff. Incredibly comfortable bed, linens... more

I chose this hotel from the Hampton e-directory downloaded to my laptop based on our route from Montreal to Maine, and then on to Ohio. It was one of the closest on our route. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom was pretty small. Really no room between when door is open and toilet. Not the best tv... more

The hotel looked okay on the outside, but the room was not well maintained. The window did not lock. the heat did not work, and when I picked up the phone to call the front desk about the heat the phone did not work. The bathroom walls and floor was dirty also different types of hair and soap scum in... more

Stayed here one night over Labor Day weekend of this year. The location is downtown however not in a great are of town. There is no close food options that I felt safe walking too. The hotel itself was average. An older property that is well maintained but lacking the traditional Cloud 9 bed. The staff was pleasant. There was... more

My boyfriend and I broke down in Worcester late at night and this is 1 of the 2 hotels in the area. I explained to the guy at the desk what happened (at 2:00am) and he still decided to charge us the regular rate of $140 plus tax=$157.00. We had no choice. I was not happy to say the least.... more

It's been a while since we stayed here (early 2004) but the memory will be with us forever. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. We immediately went in search of a grocery store to buy Lysol so that we could actually use the bathroom, since we were stuck here for the night before an important meeting at UMass. Medical... more

This hotel is wonderful! Very clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff from clerk at front desk to managers to the maid service. The managers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had a king suite room and it was huge! with dual climate control and comfy bed and sofa. I would definately stay here... more

I stood at the Hampton Inn for 3 nights/4 days. My daughter and I loved it. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great! Area was great. Pizzeria across a street had dynamite food. 99 restaurant has excellent food with good prices. Walking distant from the DCU center, which saved money on the parking. Rooms are spacious. TV was decent.... more

This hotel offers a great location and a complimentary free continental breakfast. For rewards members, they automatically assign them the worst rooms in the hotel. Be sure to ask if other rooms are available. Also verify the room rate and reward credits. Often rewards points are forgotten and sometimes room rates will change without notice. Also if checking in late,... more
