During a local ice storm with no power or heat in our house we were lucky to get the last room available here due to a cancellation. We had a corner room facing Plantation St. Check in was quick and painless. The room was new looking and clean. Corridors and rooms smelled fresh. Most important for me, the room was... more

Though the Residence Inn isn't my favorite place to stay (we've never found the beds to be what we like---they're not bad--just not our preference), it's a reliable and consistent brand that doesn't vary by location. We were in town visiting family and friends and booked here thinking we may need to take advantage of the fridge and full kitchen... more

I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. It was a very clean, very professional hotel. The staff were outstanding, and my only negative thing is that the room was noisy next to us. We called down to the front desk and went through multiple transfers and ended up talking to a reservation agent. We just went to the... more

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet area that we felt safe in. Staff was friendly and very helpful at our late arrival check-in, at breakfast (which was included) and at check out. Upon arrival there was fresh lemonade available in the lobby and a whole list of recommended things to do and see. Our suite... more

Our stay went well, starting with a late-night check in and friendly desk manager. We were assigned room 224, which has a sign outside stating "Handicapped room", but did not have a wheelchair symbol. For that reason I don't know if there are other rooms which are more wheelchair accessible (the website didn't specify), but if you do use a... more

I needed to stay in town for a week to do business for a startup account that we had. I absolutely fell in love with the Residence Inn. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I always am when I travel. I have stayed in a number of Marriott hotels but I never stayed in the Residence Inn. This... more

We chose this hotel based on price and proximity to Clark University. We will DEFINITELY stay here again next time we visit the Worcester area. Seems to be a new building, very clean and well maintained. Outstanding free hot breakfast buffet with healthy choices, including fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, granola, etc. Coffee and tea available all day. Our room... more
