My family stayed here for one night at the end of our Summer vacation. Upon arriving at our room we walked in to find the bed messy and the room hadn't been cleaned. Thankfully the porter changed us to another room as quickly as he could but it still took quite a while, which wasn't great with a tired 3... More

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend. First, let me say, many of the staff personnel we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. That is huge to us! But, the shortcomings in some areas were significant. Housekeeping was terrible. First night, no soap when we checked in. The next morning we got some from a housekeeping staff member in the... A nice hotel- great staff! I stayed for 2 nights on business, with a 1st floor room, facing the pool. I had to keep my drapes closed the entire time for privacy. Not recommended. I worked out in the fitness center and it was a B+. Enough weights to offset the typically too much aerobic. Nice restaurant. I wouldn't stay... More

Stayed here for one night and was placed on the Executive Floor (Diamond Member). The hotel is very nice inside and I love the location of the pool indoors next to the bar. While I was there the hotel was going under renovations on the exterior but that didn't affect my stay at all. The room windows look inside the... More

Nice but beware...windows show to the hotel indoor. This might be perfectly OK for some (considering that many US hotels of this sort have sealed windows anyway), but it overall gives a rather claustrophobic atmosphere, in addition to the strong '80s touch. No sunrise nor sunset, no fresh air,...just a view of the (indoors) hotel lobby and the indoor pool.... More

O the plus side, the staff. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant. Everyone from servers at breakfats, to front desk, to lounge, were always smiling and very attentive. On the down side is the property itself. It is showing signs of age. Rooms are very dark as most windows face an interior couryard, and the energy efficient bulbs... More

This hotel is located in Woburn, a little outside Boston proper, and is tucked away down a side street that might take you a missed turn or two to find the first time. But after that it's easy to locate and enter. The neighborhood is perfectly decent but not exactly "high end" if that matters to you. I thought it... More

I stayed here during a recent business trip to the Boston area. All in all it was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Even the bathroom was good sized for a hotel. I liked the working desk area as there was a good amount of space to plug in my computer and spread out... More

Firstly, my service issues were limited to the restaurant. Since we stayed there only for a night, we didn't really use much else. The property is located near the intersection of I-93 and I-95, so travel to Boston is a short 15-20 min. For its price, this isn't a bad option to stay if visiting Boston or Cambridge. Rooms are... I recently stayed at this hotel (9/2/12-9/3/12) as part of a wedding block. The rate was excellent as part of the block and substantially cheaper than any of the other discounted rates I found for this hotel. We stayed in a king bed room on the first floor. Upon arrival, check in was speedy and pleasant. I was shocked to... More
