This was an average hotel. I picked it because i read Boston is terrible for driving and parking so i wanted a hoteld close enough yet, that had transportation or was close to the subway to get into Boston. Unfortunately, we ended up driving into Boston and parking at their OUTRAGEOUS parking structures. The hotel had a shuttle to the... more

STRUCTURE: Booked flight and hotel on priceline.com. Flight times were not important, but hotel location was important as we use public transportation exclusively. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The bus (Woburn Express 354) worked best, but it is only Monday - Friday. The stop is across the street in front of McDonalds. Buy a Charlie Card (plastic data card - stored value) for... more

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back from Maine to New Jersey. I called from my cell phone in the parking lot and was told that they only had a smoking room available for $109. When I came into the lobby, the clerk said I must had called the 800 number, and all he had was a... more

Front desk employee's very courteous, continental breakfast was the best everything from cereal to home made waffles. Truly a home away from home. Highly... more

Second stay in 12 months. Over all a decent place. Great restaurant attached. Only gripe was difficulty conveying to housekeeping and front desk that the Do Not Disturb sign means Do - Not - Disturb! more

My wife and I stayed here for the third time while in the Boston area to visit family and friends in the area. For it's relatively close proximity to downtown and cost this place is a really good value. Getting around in the Boston area is never easy for someone unfamiliar with the lay out and travel options. There were... more

The Best Western New Englander makes a great base for exploring the greater Boston area. Located just 10 miles north of downtown Boston and 15 miles east of Lexington and Concord, the hotel is convenient to many of New England's historic sites and attractions. This is a great hotel for kids. There is a large, indoor swimming pool and a... more

After a business trip to NYC, we decided to come up to Boston and see Boston for the first time. I was told to stay out of the city because its often noisy and would be easier to park a rental car in the suburban areas. Upon checking in, I immediately realized this was not a hotel I should have... more
