I stayed one night at the Woburn Residence Inn and I was very impressed with the level of service. They have a Shuttle Bus that has a certain area that it covers but they took me outside that range and even picked me up! This was by far above and beyond what I consider good service - it was outstanding!... more

I picked this hotel because it was one of the few hotels near Boston that had the kitchen amenity, which I needed for my infant twins. The construction going on outside was nothing more than an eye sore, we heard no noise at all. The room was decent, kitchen and bathroom were spotless, but the chairs in the dining area... more

I always stay at Marriott brand hotels when I can; I moved with my family to MA for a new job in August, and we stayed one night at this hotel while we waited for a moving truck to arrive with our belongings. It was convenient to Reading, where we were moving, and the Residence Inn is a great place... more

Nice enough place, especially for the money. The location is right off the interstate in an uninspiring area of office buildings and industrial parks, though there are stores and chain restaurants nearby as well. Staff was nice and pleasant. The room was OK. There were some spots of mildew in the bathtub and dust in the vents, not horrible but... more

My husband stayed here 4 nights for work in July 08 and i just one night before we left for the Cape. I loved the free shuttle to the Logan Express bus terminal that the front desk provided me the next morning (as my delayed flight to BOS the night before left the rental car operation at the airport closed)... more

We spent 3 nights at this hotel, and it met our needs just fine. It's typical of the suburban suites type facility, very spacious room with ample kitchen, courteous desk staff and great service (the night we checked in, they promptly brought us feather pillows at 1 a.m.). There's a pool and jacuzzi and a nice fitness room. The Internet... more

My husband and I stayed at this Residence Inn for only one night on our way through the Boston area. It was easy enough to find with our Garmin GPS; pretty tucked away near what appeared to be a few corporate offices. The check in was smooth and the room was comfy and exactly what we needed for one night.... more

I spent the weekend at this hotel and have nothing but good things to say. It is about 15 minutes from downtown Boston (with no traffic). When I checked in I asked for a quiet room, and they found me one with no one in adjoining rooms and facing away from the Interstate. The breakfast bar was very good. Every... more

This was a very convenient stop very close to the business I was visiting. As always, Residence Inn provided a quality suite with a separate bedroom and enough space so you could feel that you were living, not just sleeping. I didn't use the kitchen area, but it was in good condition, as was the whole suite. The cleaning service... more

This hotel is a great location and great property! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the summer of 2007. Our kids said it was the best out of vacation trip. And I would have to agree. It has a nice pool area, which is always a requirement for us and the kids. The breakfast in the morning... more
