If you require a roll away bed or adjacent rooms this hotel has a very limited supply. In addition, they are given out on basically a first come first serve basis regardless of how far in advance the reservation is made.

This is a great hotel! , Rooms clean, comfortable , staff very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Good breakfast bar! This hotel is next to the tracks for the subway line but it didnt seem noisey at all. I would have no problems staying at this property again!

I was in Woburn on business and needed a reasonably priced place to stay-- this Fairfield Inn was that and more......very clean, comfortable rooms and a fabulous breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff was more than helpful and courteous. Exactly what I needed! Also-- very near several good restaurants.

Not bad but not great either. Rather overpriced for the location and amenities. Noise from outside and also inside, as the walls must have no insulation in them. Maybe they should pump at least some insulation into the walls so that guests don't have to hear their neighbors. Also would be nice if the bald kid working nights didn't sleep... More
