The willows offered us a cozy, clean, comfortable stay-- even in January at 3 degrees farenheit. The room included two double beds (slightly soft) and a nice couch, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was very clean, if basic. We noted to the owners that a squirrel family had moved in under the unit, but we could hardly blame them with such... More

Great location near Williams College, Williamstown and MASS MOCA. Rooms are small and basic but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast offerings. Has a small swimming pool. Surrounded by mountains and plenty of places to hike and cross-country ski.

I stayed at the Willows for one night, Oct18th, 2012. We checked in after dark. I had made reservations through Booking.com at the Williamstown Motel, which was across the street from the Willows. I mistakenly pulled into the Willows and went to the office to check in. I told the owner I had reservations for night which I made through... More

This friendly little motel provided a perfect home-base for us as we explored the Berkshires and Vermont on a 4-day quest for fall-foliage and New England charm. It has all the basics for a very reasonable price. Included were a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee-maker in every room, as well as cable-TV, free wi-fi internet and a continental breakfast in... More

We have stayed here a number of times in recent years and the accommodations are always comfortable and clean. The owners are very nice, welcoming people. This past weekend, the motel was nicely decorated for the season with lots of pumpkins and fall foliage decor. Continental breakfast in the reception area includes most of what you'll find in major chains... More

I have stayed in many motels and will rate this motel as one of the best from the warm way you are greeted at the desk to how nice and clean the room and bathroom is, as well as microwave and refr. and easy to connect Wifi. Relaxing outside and eating at tables was perfect.

We were traveling to Williamstown for a wedding. We knew we would be spending very little time in our room as we would be out doing activities related to our friends wedding. We wanted clean, safe, inexpensive lodging. Willows fit the bill. If you want luxury stay somewhere else. if you want clean, country accommodations from a friendly and warm... More

Such a nice owner, allowed our small dog for a small fee was so flexible with a last minute reservation change and greeted nicely upon arrival.
