The owner picked the three of us up as we were walking down the road with the intentions of staying at another motel. We were glad he persuaded us to stay at his lovely establishment. The rooms were clean and tidy, had a good television, and a nice bathroom. The room even came with a ten percent discount to the... More

I have spent the past years going to Willows Motel and never was disappointed. Paul and his wife always have the place prepared and very very clean. If there were ever a problem it was attended to immediately. Price was more than fair and morning buffet was always fresh and delicious. Best of luck to Paul and family. We will... More

This place is fantastic. Don't let the "motel" in its name fool you! It's a lot fancier and the accommodations are quaint, large, and comfortable. The on-site continental breakfast is wonderful, with a variety of offerings, and the lodging is conveniently located in Williamstown, less than a mile from the main strip of shops/restaurants. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly... More

As an alumn with a daughter who also attended Williams, I have stayed at the Willows many times. It's hard to beat this no-frills motel's location or price. Our room #17 was comfortable and had been recently refurbished. We had a coffer-maker and fridge, and a simple breakfast was served in the motel's office. The wonderful Clark Art Institute and... Every year I take a week for myself to go hiking. I needed a bed's rest the night before and a place to keep my car as well as a ride to the trailhead. Paul provided all of these necessities and I will tell all my hiking friends to come to his modest motel. The food at the Greek restaurant... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not sure of my arrival time, but they were very accommodating when I arrived. The room was clean, quiet and close to downtown Williamstown. The complimentary breakfast was a good way to start the day. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The motel is right next door to greek pizza/diner. All very affordable and just a few miles from North Adams, MA and Mt. Greylock.

Well, I tried to make the reservations online but no one responded to my email so I called, made the reservation and asked for a confirmation email. That was a little bit of a problem also. But when we got there, they were very courteous and since our 2 rooms were not next to each other, the offered us the... More

We have stayed at this motel for years when visiting the area to view the mountains and museums. The owners are friendly and hospitable. The rooms always look and smell clean. And the pool is great in season!
