The motel is a 15 minute walk from the Williams campus, with attractive outdoor sitting areas, spotless rooms, a good continental breakfast with fresh fruit, juice, pastries, and yogurt, and a very accommodating management.

Expected more, based on reviews. Price is excellent, location is great, room was fine and staff was helpful, but there were letdowns in several key areas. Breakfast (pre-packed pastry served in small motel office) was poor and area around pool was dirty enough to keep me away from water. Would not return.

I was coming into town to pick up my children from camp. I was supposed to arrive at 11 pm but didn't get in until 3:15am. I communicated with the owner by phone several times while waiting for my delayed flight and he assured me that this was not a problem. He left the key for me and made sure... More

The hotel is perfectly located in Williamstown on Route 2 next to restaurants and right next to a 24 hr convenience store with gas station. Rooms are well cleaned and most importantly - DRY and without mildew smell (which effects majority of other motels if you have any experience traveling - you know). Paul, the manager is very hospitable and... More

My husband and I stayed this past weekend at the Willows Motel. The room was very clean, and the owners were very accommodating. Breakfast was included which was great for us - many kinds of fresh fruit, bread, donuts, cereal, juice, coffee, tea. We appreciated being able to sit outside at picnic tables. There are also picnic tables at another area... More

We stopped off here on the way back from Niagara Falls. Paul (the owner) was very friendly and helpful -the room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool had immaculately clear water and my family took a refreshing dip. The outdoor seating areas were very pleasant to use for an evening drink and a game with the kids. Definitely recommended... More

The Willow Motel was very clean and the rooms were of excellent size. We enjoyed our three day stay. The management was very accommodating. The pool and common areas were very well kept. I highly recommend the Willows Motel!

I stayed at this cute motel on the drive back from Vermont to New York. Room was good, bed was extremely comfortable (even better than at home) and their pool was very nice as well. The breakfast was decent, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. It was a hot July afternoon and when I arrived, the first question... More

An honest motel in Williamstown. Solid value for the rate with clean rooms and friendly staff conveniently location near Williams College and a short drive to Mass MOCA. Only complaint are the small towels

I stayed here while taking a course at the Rading Institute next door. Very convenient to that. The room was clean and reasonably priced. It was big enough for my needs and had everything I needed in it. The breakfast was a pretty standard continental breakfast. Several restaurants in very easy walking distance, so eating was simple. Very nice. I... More
