The rooms were clean. the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was in the center of town and was close to several sites. I was there for business however there are many attractions in the area including museums and Ski area's.

We've tried other places in the same price range in Williams town and this is the best. A little worn. Breakfast is cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, tons of pastries, instant oatmeal, ... Staff very friendly and helpful unlike, e.g, Howard Johnson down the road. WiFi reliable. Refrig and microwave.

We came for the NCAA regional volleyball tournament at Williams College. It is hard to find close-in accommodations in Williamstown on short notice, but Willows came through with reasonable pricing. The owners are courteous and helpful with tips on restaurants and sight-seeing such as Mass MoCA and the Clark museum. The room is small but refreshed with newer tv, microwave,... More

My family travelled to Williamstown for an overnight stay last summer. I had read about the Willows Motel on TripAdvisor and wanted to book a room there! They were sold out, but Paul, the owner and manager, took my number and promised to get back to me if there were any openings. Amazingly, he left a message when I was... More

Always try to find reasonable priced hotels in Williamstown, it is a surprise to find another one after Maple Terrace. This hotel is very clean, quiet, roomy, no weird smell. This definitely will be our first choice in Williamstown.

This was my first time staying here. Only able to stay one night. Wish it was longer. Rooms were immaculate, breakfast was delicious with so many choices, and the owners were very welcoming. They recommended restaurants and offered any assistance I might need. Even got candy for Halloween! I look forward to a return visit soon.

The hosts at this motel are very friendly and accommodating. Paul has a very good sense of humor and makes guests feel welcome. The breakfast area although small (a part of the reception area) is full of goodies. Paul offers everyone chocolate kisses and there are snacks and more candies in your small, but clean room. It's a very short... More

Have stayed 2 weekends in a row. Almost like being at home. Very comfortable accommodations ,delicious breakfast, very friendly, caring owners. Most important part, the rooms are clean and fresh, beds are conducive to a good night's sleep.

I have stayed at this hotel many times on business trips. The rooms are clean and the owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. They are extremely friendly and polite, always available if you need something.

Our room was very small but had a surprising amount of storage and surface space. The bathroom was up to date. The windows opened (which we needed, since the cleaning crew had overdone the room deodorant). Breakfast was basic--cereal, quite a few kinds of pastry, several kinds of juice (which unfortunately had stayed out too long and warmed up). I'd... More
