When I booked this hotel, it promised free wifi, a pool, continental breakfast and that children under 15 could stay for free. What I found when I arrived was a room that smelled, I had to pay for my 4 year old to have a bed, and the pool --though there was not clean and the hours that it was... More

Stayed here years ago when this was the Four Acres motel - was pleasant experience - but all downhill since. First, there was a sort of Bait&Switch -our room was not part of main motel building- but across the parking lot in a detached older bldg. Perhaps they use the old building for folks who reserve thru a hotel bidding... More

I booked two rooms through expedia (the only way to book them when I went to the web site). I requested two adjoining rooms on the ground floor, one handicapped access for my elderly parents. Paid for and confirmed by Expedia. Arrived with my octagenarian parents. Rooms on second floor. When I balked and said that is not what I... More

We had a reservation at the Howard Johnsons in Williamstown, Mass and had to cancel it. I had called the phone number for Howard Johnsons and was told they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. After I put in the cancellation (through Booking.com) I was charged for one night because their policy is actually 7 days. I was unable to... More

Decent hotel in a sleepy college town, or at least it was on the Sunday I was there. Got a little turned around at the 'rotary' and staff couldnt explain directions to the hotel. But once we got there it was a decent room and I had no complaints.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff, after checking in we had an issue with our tv. After some time the issue was resolved and they gave us another tv. When we checked out he felt sorry for our issue and took off 10% for our inconvenience.
