My daughter and I stayed in this place for 4 nights. It was the worse experience we have ever had in any motel. While the location is very relaxing the owners have little concern for the guests. They advertise office hours from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. On at least 2 mornings they decided to open late with no warning... more

This guest had stayed with us before and was aware of our phone service and office hours. We were full and there was no change in our standard hours(Columbus weekend). Our confirmation indicates our switch board closes at 10pm and we advise guest to have family/friends call within our office hours. On one evening we kept the switchboard open so...

We needed a dog friendly place to meet our friends "half-way" from Rhode Island..this was perfect for our needs. Although we did not stay in the motel section..we rented two cabins in the woods..behind the main building and up the hill...This was not a luxurious spot..but it was clean and basic ..both cottages had clean decent beds, kitchens, living rooms... more

We stayed here looking for a quiet escape from reality and the neighbors who live almost on property were having a party and were very disruptive. We tried to contact management but to no avail. We will not stay here again. more

We have been here for twenty three years and until this review have never had a complaint about our neighbors. We live on property and never received a complaint from this guest or we would have corrected the problem immediately.

I spent six days at Jericho Valley Inn in October of 2003. It was the most relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Although the weather was terrible, I still awoke to a beautful view of a mist-covered hillside in full autmn bloom. Of course, I was there in the "off-season", so things were pretty quiet and the pool was closed.... more

I should have guessed from the photo-copied brochure this was not the idyllic spread they portrayed. The cottages were on a heavily wooded (you could barely see the sky! very dark even in the daytime) driveway that was a bit creepy, especially at night. more

99% of guests who stay in our cottages love them for their setting. We provide extensive exteror lighting. Cutting down the trees and foilage and lighting the paved road to them would eliminate their charm and ambience. We can't be responsibly for dull, dreary days that occur in Spring and the pictures that appear on our web site accurately reflect...

The Jericho Valley Inn offers a very comfortable cottage with a full kitchen, a living room, bedroom, and a fireplace. It is so cozy and tranquil to have a cottage up on a secluded hill. My family and I especially enjoyed adding logs to the fireplace. You are surrounded completely by mountains and nature. The staff was courteous and pleasant.... more
