I have been to the Williams Inn three times and it is truly one of my very favorite Inns/Hotels anywhere! It is charming, quaint and has more character than any Hotel Chain Establishment ever could have! I would never consider staying anywhere else in this area. I love the rose colored carpet, floral wallpaper, poster bed and rocking chair in... More

Walls are paper-thin, decor is from the 70s, heating units are cranky. Not any better than a Motel 6, and twice the price. I had a meeting going on in the room next door to me and I might as well have been in it myself, because I could hear every word. Decor is very dated -- pink carpets and... More

We periodically receive feedback that indicates that the age of the Inn and it's decor had a negative effect on a traveler's stay. It is our hope that our guests feel the overall charm of the Inn and enjoy the experience of traditional New England. We know that personal preference can vary and the pink carpet and floral wallpaper isn't... More

Best place to stay in Williamstown!!! Service was wonderful and the price was right. Everything we needed was there. We were there for a skating competition and the location could not have been better. We will be back next year.

The staff at the Inn were absolutely outstanding and made the experience very worthwhile. Most appreciated was when I woke up to find the cars blanketed in snow, and then an hour later they were all cleaned off by the grounds crew and shoveled out. The front desk was just as warm and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean... More

We know that the small things matter and try (when we can) to take away some of the stresses of traveling. There's no doubt that a brushed off car in the morning can get everyone off to a good start. More

Went skiing at Jiminy Peak and we got two free lift tickets with each night's stay. The service was outstanding from my very first phone call with Jane to inquire about availability President's Day weekend. Everyone who works there, even at the gift shop, was super friendly and helpful. The venue is very old school, which I loved. Great fireplace... More

Thanks for taking advantage of our ski package. We are fortunate to have access to lift tickets to Jiminy Peak and we also see many skiers who use us as a central spot to try some other ski areas in Southern Vermont such as Mount Snow and Bromley. More

Visiting my son at the college, just one night. Everyone friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and warm (what a relief!). The heating unit could have been a bit quieter, I have to say. I have nothing else especially to say, but the review won't "work" without 200 characters, apparently.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel was clean and a great place to stay. We stayed while visiting Williams College and if our son decides to go there, we will definitely be booking more stays here.

Good luck in the college search, we can't say enough about how proud we are to be on such a beautiful campus. If you officially join the Williams College family, ask about our Parent's Rate- it means you can come visit your son as often as you'd like (or as often as he likes!). More

Old world feel right near Clark Institute for our art weekend. Very quiet, great European breakfast with scrumptious chocolate croissant & morning glory muffins. Nice to relax by fire in lobby. Very pleasant stay. Look forward to coming again next year.

Thanks for the great review! The chocolate croissants are definitely the front-runner for MVP on our continental breakfast. Come early for breakfast and you'll find that they are still warm, straight out of the oven. See you next time! More

Our family of five spent MLK weekend at The Williams Inn. The Inn was exactly what we were looking for - clean, well run, old school New England inn. The Inn is older but that's what made it charming. The front desk and dining staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We returned to the inn after... More

Thank you for seeking out a hotel to add to your ski weekend experience rather than just search for a place to sleep. The snow in the Berkshires has been really amazing lately. We love hosting skiers and boarders and we hope to make this an annual trip for your family. More

We love being on the way to so many other great destinations in New England. I'm so happy to hear that you found us along the way. The local area attractions are wonderful and changing in all four seasons so I recommend adding Williamstown as a regular getaway. Thanks for choosing us! More
