We stayed here as part of a New England tour booked through Virgin Holidays and I am at a lost as to why they would book us into a place like this when all the other hotels on the tour were pretty nice. We should have realised something was wrong at check-in as the lady on reception was surly to... more

It is a fairly attractive Inn, Was on a fall foliage tour through New England. Just spent one night, which was enough time there. The room was of a good size, but needed new bedding-on the lumpy side. Found no problem with the bathroom, and all was clean and tidy. The Inn was full with tour people and it seemed... more

We had a nice time staying at the Williams Inn. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, because based on our stay, it was a pretty nice place. Not perfect, but on balance it was just fine. If you're looking for luxury or squeaky-clean or nouvelle, you won't find it here. It's an older property that has some... more

The hotel was lovely decorated and thank goodness for cable TV because it was the most exciting thing happening in this place. We arrived on a Sunday eveining as part of our New England tour and everything was closed. Although a lovely college town I was enraged that I missed out on another night in Rhode Island for Blandsville. We... more

I stayed at the Williams Inn for a night with my family in November, 2006. This hotel is badly in need of a renovation! It is 1970's era, and has not been renovated or changed at all since then. Our rooms were very small, had tacky floral wallpaper, the beds and pillows were hard.... with polyester sheets and bedspreads.....are you... more

Check in was far more difficult than it should have been. It took the man who checked us in more than 10 minutes to determine which King room to put us in for the night. He was in the middle of handing us the keys to one room before he decided we could not have it because it was committed... more

I have just returned from my most recient stay at the Williams Inn and I feel compelled to respond to the previous reviews. My stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I noticed that they have added in-room coffee since my last stay. When I had an issue trying to connect to the wireless... more

We stayed here for one night in mid-September last year and had a very pleasant time. I don't actually think that the hotel's website does it justice - it turned out to be much nicer than I was expecting. I am surprised to see so many negative comments on here. We had a king-bedded room overlooking the very pleasant green.... more

This was our 3rd New year's Eve package at the Williams Inn so we thought that we knew what to expect. We were very surprised to find that the party consisted of a small group of musicians who seemed to meet for the first time that night. Hardly anyone could dance to their music and people left before midnight as... more

Traditional NE 4-poster bed inn with dainty wallpaper, somewhat dated, but clean, functional and pleasant! Greeted by innkeeper who explained how room functioned. 2 sinks in room with 2 double beds a plus. Swimming pool onsite. Fireplace in lobby, public areas all decorated for fall. Full breakfast made to order in restaurant. more
