I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. They stay their often when visiting Williamstown. It was a nice little place. The room I had wasn't real big but it had a great canopy bed and a flat screen TV. The place was nice and clean and had beautiful flower gardens. There was a nice lobby and... More

Stayed there one night with my family. Room was very nice. Clean. Nice bathroom. Very pleased. They offer breakfast but we had to leave before they serve it (it starts at 8 am) so I can't comment about that. Probably would have given it 5 stars if we had a chance to have the breakfast. There is a little bit... More

The staff and innkeeper were very friendly and welcoming, eager to provide assistance with choosing restaurants and making us feel comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious for a continental style breakfast. And the cost of the rooms was very competitive and reasonable compared to other places in the area. Now some of the cons: the "heated pool" wasn't heated, the... More

We stayed here one night while attending the Williamstown Theater Festival. The motel is charming, with an owner and staff who attend to your every need. We asked for a room change in order to be in a room that had more light, and was given a different room immediately. Our friends stayed there for 2 nights right after our... More

We were just looking for a reasonable spot to stay overnight while visiting Williams College, and found this gem. It is really lovely. Something just feels right about every corner of the property. Hard to describe. It's a place that simply put us in a good mood. We will find a way to return.

We have stayed at the Berkshire Hills Motel several times. It is convienently located on Rte. 7, to Williamstown center, many resteraunts and Jiminy Peak Ski area and resort. We did not find the highway traffic bothersome. It's minimal. It has a soothing brook behind it. Has picnic tables, chairs, cabana to sit , and enjoy the peace and quiet.... More

We had a 3 night stay to gether with my sister and brother-in-law and we just loved it. The place is just lovely, quaint, well-kept and inviting. The motel keeper, Jill, is so nice and accomodating. Our accomodations were nice; the breakfast was wonderful and plenty...There were fresh flowers and lovely china at breakfast every day. The atmosphere was warm,... More

This is a great place to stay. It is retro 50's but so well kept up. The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed dining on the deck and looking at all the flowers. The room was immaculate! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone who is traveling thru the Berkshires!

We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Berkshire Hills Motel. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, soaps, etc. Every morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast with a large assortment of cereals, fruit, bagels, organic breads and muffins. The swimming pool was so inviting... More
