A nice small motel which was very convenient to the Clark Art Institute and the beautiful surrounding Berkshire countryside. It was not close enough to town to be bothered by excessive noise although the occasional big truck does drive by.

We stayed for one night and liked it.Jill, the innkeeper was very helpful. The location is convenient for area sites. The pools very nice even if it was a bit cold, it is in the wooded area. Breakfast was good enough for our needs. All in all, we will go back.

The Berkshire Hills Country inn is in a very convenient area to Museums, hiking spots and restaurants. The inn is in a busy road, but the court yard was very pleasant. Our room however was small and damp, not enough natural light so artificial lights were needed even in a sunny morning. Continental breakfast was served in a pleasant dinning... More

The guest is referring to a phone call I received from my sister at the tail end of breakfast while I was at the front desk. She is hard of hearing, so I do have to speak loudly for her to hear. My sister always hems and haws about which room she wants and yes, it drives me a bit... More

Call it an inn, motel or B & B this is a great place to stay for a visit to MA MOCA, The Clark , and The Williams College Museum. Not fancy but clean, centrally located, nice cold breakfast with a lovely porch. The brook sounds were delightful to hear at night. Jill was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions... I stayed at the Berkshire Hills Country Inn with my husband in August 2015. The rooms and breakfast room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of good brand-name cereals (frosted mini-wheats, raisin bran, frosted flakes, fiber one plus several others) with fresh milk, yogurt and fruit plus an assortment of breakfast breads - bagels, English muffins etc -... This looks like an inn but it's really an aging "faux flea market chic" motel on a noisy road. The place got great reviews and raves for the innkeeper but we had an uncomfortable night in a terrible bed. Rooms cluttered with unattractive crap, just acceptable cleanliness, pretty sparse continental breakfast and an indifferent innkeeper. Plus window air-conditioners!

Our room was quiet and opened out onto a lovely pergola for relaxing and listening to the brook that meandered below. A sunlit dinning area with an adjoining patio festooned with flowers offered a pleasant buffet style breakfast. The Clark and Williams College Museums are a 5 minute drive from the motel as well as other restaurants for dinning. We... More

What a lovely inn to stay at while attending the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Very kind and attentive staff add to the attractive grounds and comfortable room. While not fancy, it is immaculate and cozy. The continental breakfast each morning was even better eaten out on the deck. The little brook side swimming pool is a charmer. Will return!

Just outside Williamstown, a very nice motel with a very nice owner. Every was good (although the pool was a bit cold). Breakfast was simple but did he trick. I would certainly stay there again if I were int he area.

After reading the other Tripadvisor reviews, I guess our expectations were too high. This really isn't anything more than a small clean motel on the road. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny. The shower was so cramped that we had to step out to shampoo our hair otherwise hit our elbows (and we are small people).... More
