This place is ok. I have stayed in the cottages and inside the main building. It's average, nothing more nothing less. I do like the bar area and the staff are nice enough (though one man had a faux hawk. What kind of adult does this to themselves?) and I have never had an issue. The hallway floors are loud... More

Stayed 2 weeks ago for a few days....very nice. Great room and food was fantastic., had the fish and the half chicken. Oh, we had the nachos to start with. The fireplace was warm and cozy after a day of skiing. We plan on going back in the sping or the summer.

had two cottage rooms, one with a fireplace which we didnt need because the rooms was so warm and the temp was uncontrollable. Take your life in your hands when attempting to plug anything into the wall plugs, so unsafe, seriously i have stayed in "rustic charm" but this place is really in need of a serious face lift it... Stayed in room 211. It was clean, beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and the room was centrally located. The restaurant food was fine...not many options but should be fine for a couple days stay. The Inn is close enouh to a gas station and the ski area and enough food stops to satisfy your appetite. The customer service was... More

The only reason that we didn't give four stars is because our room was above a party Saturday night that was very loud. We were up late anyways, but would have complained if we needed to get to sleep. Overall, we loved this place, and will definitely be back! Bartender was fantastic, too!

Stayed one night and then went skiing. Had a very spacious room in the Inn with a fireplace. Plenty of room for the family. Very clean, the front desk was very helpful and polite. Had dinner and breakfast at the Inn and it was delicious. My son said it was the best steak he has ever had. Will come back

This hotel needs remodeling. The staff is not very knowledgable in the property, asking the front desk they could not tell us how to get to the ice machine as they said it was to hard. The went to get the ice. They did not know the hours of the bar or restaurant, one said they were open for lunch... More

We stayed here for a family visit pre holiday. The grounds are lovely, especially in the spring, summer and fall. Hotel nicely decorated for Christmas, very quiet, nice bar, friendly staff. A little pricey for the area. Rooms are clean, with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. This is a great place to stay for visiting the Mohawk trail or skiing... More

if you are looking for an authentic New England experience, look no further. this inn is oozing with charm. Over sized fire places in the bar and restaurant, great food, and most importantly service that compares to 5 star resorts are what you fine at wachusett village inn. Sure, the decor is 1970's but that adds to the charm. the... More

Not expecting a 5 star hotel but was expecting a clean hotel. I'm a frequent business traveler and stay at Courtyards, Fairfield Inns, etc regularly and while not fancy, they're usually well kept and clean so that's my expectation. Big disappointment here. Bathroom was disgusting; hair all over and the bed sheets were dirty and had a big hole at... More
