We held our wedding at Samuel Fitch House in September 2015. We stayed from Friday-Sunday and had the entire B&B to ourselves (and our small wedding party). It was the perfect location--the barn is gorgeous and the little area in the back (with a natural arch stand under) is perfect for a 100 person or so wedding. The owner, Lynne,... More

Coming from Europe and looking for a house for my family near Boston, I found a very nice place to stay. Woods, lakes, camps around. Thank you also to Lynne, she is always ready to make your staying better.

I was looking for a special place for my entire family to stay while attending my daughters graduation in Boston. The Samuel Fitch house could not have been more perfect. Lynne did everything possible and more to make our stay like guests in a palace. All the little extras I asked for were included with a smile. Thank you Lynne... More

I recently stayed at the Samuel-Fitch House with two friends while on a literary retreat to Concord, Massachusetts. I was drawn to this property because of its proximity to Concord, and it's amazing history: in the room where my friends and I wrote and sipped tea each evening, minutemen met to plan what they would do when the Regulars arrived... I am staying just the one night, and i am loving the stay! Such a beautiful home on a relatively less busy street and all amenities are available. It is extremely close to my work and so much better than living in conventional hotels. Lynne is very polite, kind abd accomodating. Takes good care of her guests. The towels, bathroom,... More

Spent two nights at the Samuel Fitch, a Thursday and Friday, and could not have had a better experience. The location was perfect - about forty minutes outside of Boston, adjacent to the Nashoba Valley ski park, fifteen minutes to the Minuteman Historic site in Concord. The cottage was spacious yet cozy, perfect for a quick getaway or longer stay.... More

Came to the area from Sonoma Ca to Concord for a wedding and stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and my brother. The house is wonderful, it's full of history at every turn. Massive beams, gorgeous floor boards, tongue and grove paneling that one could only dream of today. Huge fireplace in the living room, full kitchen and... More

My wife and I stayed at the Samuel Fitch House B&B for two nights after running in the applefest half marathon up in Hollis. Lynne was a wonderful hostess and everything was perfect throughout our stay. Lynne goes out of her way to make it a great experience for her guests. We really enjoyed staying in the carriage house, which... More

This is a beautiful old house filled with character and charm and run by the perfect host. The stay started with a slight glitch when we were given the twin room (which is ok, and probably excellent for a small family as two bedrooms share a bathroom), before being allocated our double room (which was marvellous! Four poster bed, sitting... More

My wife and I rented out the entire house prior to our small Groton wedding, and the space was perfect for housing our families. There was plenty of space in the common areas for the 18 of us to hang out (even those who were staying elsewhere), dine together outside, and a lovely grassy front and backyard. Our family members... More
